Best Roofing Insurance in Phoenix AZ

We learned about Phoenix Roofing Contractors a Pro West company from my cousin who is HOA president in Sun City. She used them for her whole complex and said what an amazing job, overall communication, professionalism, knowledge and craftsmanship for replacing roofs. Jeff and Josiah Guthrie’s with Phoenix Roofing Contractors came highly recommended and so happy with our new roof!
I called them and they came out and did an inspection and discussed all options. If you have experienced storm damage it is worth your time to have them come out and do an inspection. You will not be disappointed. They have years of local expertise and provide peace of mind in such a big home project. Great project management and coordination of all steps of shingles being dropped off at the house and our roof was done in one day! now we have a beautiful new roof and we picked a color that complimented our house color and feel confident and provides peace of mind that our home is now protected from top down. The shingles they use are very high quality and can’t say enough about the quality product overall that they deliver. I was very impressed with TSM roofing. Their customer service is excellent. They inspected the roof and had a detailed bid ready the day after we called. They promptly answered our questions, used quality materials and put a new roof on our rental in one day. The whole job from the time we called to completion was one week. Guys that came out to do the work were good. Work on my foam flat roof is barely acceptable (if it even is) based on ROC standards. Had a horrible time with the office staff throughout the project. Very poor communication with us. Cleaning of our existing foam roof was not scheduled due to sales person not specifically stating it in the contract. He always said it would be cleaned (power washed) before new foam was applied. When I called about it, the project coordinator in the office acted like it was my fault because I signed the contract as is, and never called the sales person to figure it out. I had to call our sales person to tell them what happened and get things corrected. Scheduled the final coat of sealant and nobody showed up that day because it was cloudy. No calls to tell us they wouldn't be coming, or when they would be. The only reason they are getting two stars instead of one (zero if I could) is because of the 12 months same as cash financing available. They certainly were not Crazy about Quality with our job!

America Roofing did an amazing job on our roof! They came out on time and got the job done quickly. They cleaned everything up when they were done (more than they even needed to- my yard looked cleaner when they were done than it did when they started!). Their customer service was great when I called to schedule and pick out the shingle color. I couldn't be more happy with our new roof! I highly recommend America Roofing.

JR was absolutely amazing! I don’t normally write reviews but I recieved such great service I just wanted to let everyone know. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He truly takes care of his clients and ensures that he addresses every concern you may have during the process. If you’re needing to get your roof done JR is the guy to do it. Stonecreek roofing provided my family with a super high quality installation. I would give 6 stars if it were an option!

Thank you Jack for all your help. Very nice guy and was very helpful. Jack fixed my loose tiles from the recent storm we had. Jack also took the time to check my roof to make sure all the tiles were good as well. Would gladly recommend him to friends and family.

I had a great experience with Multi Pro while they installed a new roof for me. Specifically the Project Manager, Alex Danesi. He was very helpful gathering and explaining samples and aesthetic options quickly and was responsive to all my questions in a timely manner. The crew came on time and knocked out the project in one day! Great quality!

Owners are honest and easy to communicate with. Employees worked all day every day and were always on time and courteous. The job site was cleaned up at the end of each day and I was then informed of the work to be completed the following day. I received everything that was contracted for and then some. Excellent roofing company, best in the valley!

Troy and Alex were extremely helpful and patient and explained the whole process with insurance very thoroughly. The roof was done in a day and looks amazing.

Best Choice Roofing has an amazing team who made the process very easy! They came out for a free roof inspection and proceeded to get my roof paid for by the insurance company. I would highly recommend to friends and family!

My husband and I looked for weeks for a reputable company for vinyl siding repair and gutter issues. After some outrageous quotes and no call backs, Jim called from Tacheny. I gave him the address and Jason came to the house fixed EVERYTHING the same day! Then they barely charged us for the work work they did. Such amazing work for an honest price. I'm using them from now on. They went above and beyond the scope of work we asked them to. Awesome company!!! Thank you Jim

I feel we were given a rather misleading sales pitch during the estimate and then once the work started we had to followup repeatedly to ask about what they were even doing. The quoted multi-day job would have been done in an hour if my wife hadn't called to ask - and she was was berated over the phone by their field supervisor for doing so (he basically called her stupid for even signing for the job). End result was sloppy at best and I have zero confidence that the issue was even properly fixed.

Received no followup after escalating to the office staff (despite their assurance otherwise). Overall very displeased. Maybe they are great for a brand new roof but don't call for repairs/leaks/small jobs. Their penetration seal is nothing more than caulk and paint...

Travis and his team did a great job for me from start to finish.The crew were all so polite and worked tirelessly and efficiently. My roof is now amazing !!My yard was cleaned up like nothing ever happened .

We were very pleased with Sean at PCC Roofing, who recently replaced the back half of our roof. He was thorough and prompt in giving his initial bid, and although there was a waiting time to get started, he kept us abreast of the status, and did the work when he said they would. We wouldn’t hesitate to use him and his crew again.
