Best Roofers Residential in Phoenix AZ

Reviews are written for very good service or very poor service, this is for poor service.
We had a new roof put in , by Kyko, in FebMarch of 2019. After the first good rainfall, we had a major leak that flooded the kitchen. After several phone calls and several visits by employees, they mistake was discovered.
Now some 7 months later, after a good rainfall, we have a catastrophic leak, in the same place as the last one. We are about to lose an entire kitchen. This would include stove top, oven, MW all the cabinets and an entire wall of drywall (30x20 ft).
A mistake of this size should NEVER of happened, we now are in limbo waiting for a KYKO employee to show up.
I thought we picked a good company, that would get the job done right the first time. I was wrong.
Now after 2 leaks and 2 times at fixing this problem, what are we to post??
I can not advise any person to use this company!!
Yes, there is still an opportunity for this issue to be fixed for good but I lack the trust in getting it done

The Lyons team did a fantastic job on our new roof. Installation went faster than anticipated and they were very accommodating and responsive when following up before and after the service. John (the sales team member) was very courteous and professional. Would recommend using Lyons in the future!

My husband accidentally broke a shingle in our roof because he tried to get the flying saucer toy for Dobby ( our dog). My neighbor recommended Mikku and Sons because they did a great job with their roof. I contacted them immediately because I was afraid that more shingles would fall off the ground due to the wind. Good thing that they responded immediately! The team fixed and repaired my roofs thanks to their fast and efficient work. I have a good roofing and I feel more secure that no more shingle will fall from my roof.

I am very very pleased with the new roof installment on my double garage. The finished work is as nice, neat and clean as I had hoped. The salesperson, Korbyn was very thorough in his demonstration and explanation of the installment process as well as answering my questions. The crew, Dave's crew was from Minnesota and they were a good bunch. They were punctual and efficient. The guys didn't start too early or work too late so the neighbors were happy. They did an excellent job of cleaning up after the job was done. The roof presented them with a couple challenges due to odd angles and valleys but the end result was really nice. All in all it was a job well done from the presentation to the end result. Thank you Vertex Roofing.

I really never write reviews unless I'm really happy or really mad about customer service and work quality. I am building a custom home and have worked with every trade in the process and I can tell you Rick Thomas and Thomas Roofing was the best to work with by far. He always answers the phone, has good pricing, his crew is timely and does great work. There were some items that needed addressed from other trades that he was able to provide solutions for to move the process along. Highest recommended and will continue to use him on all my projects.

It’s been difficult to find a roof repair company, because everyone just wants to replace the entire roof. However, I saw these guys doing work while I was running and asked if they could replace couple shingles for me. This was on Friday, by Monday I had my shingles replaced.

Couple of bumps along the way but overall a positive experience.

Called a bunch of roofing companies and got multiple estimates. By far America Roofing was the most knowledgeable and experienced out of all of them. You can tell that Jason (the guy that came out) was highly experienced in roofing, honest and very upfront about everything. I would highly recommend America Roofing for any roof repairs, roof inspections or new roofing services.

These guys were great! Great job and great cleanup. They even went through all the bushes looking for parts of old shingles. Alan, the owner went way out of his way and replaced an indoor plastic light cover AND bought 4 new LED florescent lights and installed them. He also cleaned out all the caked mud in the gutters! Mason and his team were very professional and timely in helping do an amazing roof for my parents.
They had to coordinate and work with other contractors as they put on a sunroom. Great service!

These guys were contracted by my home management company.
They were scheduled to show up anywhere from between 6:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. today they were a no-call no-show when we contacted our rental company to tell them that they were a no-call no-show All the sudden they tried to show up 9 hours later than they were supposed to then they hung up on us over the phone more than one time and proceeded to tell us we did not need to be home to show up here when we have small dogs do not recommend using this company at all.

Very unprofessional company

They came out and totally redone our patio roof it was good for the most part but it is very hard to get someone back out to fix a leak that we've been having we have a 5 year warranty and yet we cannot get Jose to come and fix the roof first time we try to call him he said he got into a car accident which we understood second time we called him he set up a time and we waited and it was a no-show third time did not even try to call or get back with us so all in all it's a hit or miss you choose
