Best Roof Maintenance in Phoenix AZ

From start to finish, this firm did its job professionally. The crew worked hard and coordinated well with each other. Pricing was very competitive. We are highly satisfied, would use them again, and highly recommend them to anyone needing roof work.

Call someone else. I have been trying to get a commercial estimate from this company for a week. Ive talked to multiple people, sent the plans over. Now they want me to send them a text message of the details. Seriously? I would give them zero stars.

Just had Lyons Roofing redo my entire roof including adding a few solar tubes to add light to the windowless hallway and a great team for booth the roofing work and then for the install of the solar tubes. Floyd and Ricky Bobby (the team that did the tubes and actually had to enter my house for the work) did so carefully and were engaging the entire time adding to the level of comfort with the team. Great job and I will certainly use them again/recommend them.

Had Stonecreek replace our roof a few weeks back.

Good:
- Communication with the office staff & sales people was amazing
- Scheduling was speedy
- Work performed very well

Bad:
- Cleanup was exceptionally poor (including some gasoline spilled that was covered with lavender cleaning solution, many nails not picked up)
- Took a day longer than was promised (total 3 days)
- Warranty that was received was not the same as promised (promised 10 years from Stonecreek, paperwork says 2 years)

Overall, a good experience.

They were amazing. I had heard alot about the storm chasers that came to arizona so I wanted to wait awhile and let the chaos settle after the hail storm to do my roof. From the start the customer service was amazing. Alicia set up my estimate and explained to me the process so I knew what to expect. The estimator came out did exactly what Alicia said he would do and they emailed me the estimate later that day. When the crew came to do the work they knocked on the door to let me know they were there... The workers were all very nice! They cleaned up very nicely and my yard looked the way it did before they came. I was so happy with this company.. I would highly recommend them to everyone! If you go with Almeida Roofing Inc your making the best choice!

Lenin promptly came out to fix my roof. A true professional, smart, timely, knowledgable. The work was good. I referred him to my sister.

Although Star Roofing performed our tear off and install seven years ago, we still remember their great customer service and quality of work. We received multiple bids after the hail storm came through that year and Star was the most competitive. What also impressed me was that they were/are the last union roofing company in Arizona. I always appreciate companies that take care of their employees.

Recently precision roofing llc completely reroof the asphalt roof and small flat roof for my multifamily building. I am very impressed with the quality of work and how quickly they completed the job. They had the entire roof removed, repaired, and reroofed in 3 days. They did a good job of explaining everything and the roof looks great. I received estimates from 3 roofers and they were the most competitive. I will use them again in future for sure

5 Stars for Geo Roofing in Phoenix! I was particularly impressed with their attention to detail. They took the time to thoroughly inspect my roof and provided me with a comprehensive report of the damage, along with a detailed estimate of the repairs needed. They didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary services or products, and were transparent about the costs and timeline for the project.

Zona Roofing repaired our roof after it was recently damaged by a a monsoon storm that hit Phoenix. If anyone is looking for a roofing contractor I would highly recommend calling Zona Roofing!
