It's been a rough couple of years, so when my shop's roof began to leak I wasn't happy. Fortunately I called RENCO as a second estimate. They came in for less money, were prompt, professional and pleasant. They even worked around my solar company to repair my roof BEFORE the monsoon hit. We have already referred them to others. 5 stars!

Jeremy came out and assessed the problem quickly and was able to fix the roof. He was on time (even a little early) and took care to ensure good quality work. We will use America Roofing again and recommend them.

I highly recommend Phoenix Roofing! They did a great job, and our experience was very positive. Jack, the owner, is very helpful, quick to respond to any questions, very professional, friendly, courteous, and honest. One of the things I was very impressed with was the communication of every step of the job. We felt we were very well informed and updated as the job progressed. At the completion of the job, Jack sent us pictures of the roof. Again, I would highly recommend this company.

Clyde came to our company to gain our business. We manage 400 single-family homes throughout the valley. We gave him two work orders. One is over a month old and we still don't have an invoice although they claim the job is complete. The roof is still leaking and they say it is not on them because there are holes in the metal stacks. (So as a roofer I guess they won't do all of the roofing repairs - metal stacks in a roof are someone else's job???) Could have told us that a month ago so we could have avoided further secondary damage to this home for the owner and major inconvenience to our tenant.
Second job we gave them is still leaking with each rain. 16 days and counting waiting for a bid. We are reassigning the work order and will not use this company again.

Professional firm that does great work

What a great roofing company, no pressure sales, very helpful and informative. They have a terrific rating with the Arizona Register of Contractors as well as the Better Business Bureau. They brought a large crew, that was very professional and fast. I would recommend them to anyone.

Scott and his crew have not only the longevity of over 30 years in this business in the Scottsdale area, a BBB A+ rating, top notch material (50yr duration shingles, synthetic underlayment, and water & ice), very professional, but has your best interest in mind. He isn’t pushy at all or just trying to sell you a job and follows through on his commitments to you! He’s confident working with adjusters and highly experienced with insurance claims (possibly the most experienced in the valley). His company isn’t storm chasing as many companies do to get business. After almost a dozen quotes and interviews from contractors I put all my trust in Scott and In-Ex Designs and would definitely recommend them to do your roof. He exceeded every one of my expectations and even when I thought there might me a problem with the materials delivered he quickly and promptly corrected it with no problems (no argument or defensive attitude). Not only that but went way above and beyond with any question or concerns I had and I had way too many (first time homeowner). Through all this I found not only my roofing professional but made a friend too in the process. If you’re looking for one of if not the best roofing contractors in the valley talk to Scott and feel free mention my review (he offers $150 referral credit). This is just an honest personal review and not out to make money on it. I’m an electrical engineer and no stranger to problem solving. In-Ex Designs knocked this problem out of the park with a grand slam!!!

When me and my husband decided to sell our home we knew we were going to have to replace the roof before we could cost on our house. Being a young newly wed couple we didn't have a lot of money to spend on a new roof. I decided to call Arizona Roof Rescue because their reviews were so great. When I called I actually talked to the owner and he was very professional and told me he could come out to our house that day to give us a quote. When he got there he was able to give us a really good price and saved us some money by giving us some tips. The day of the job they showed up on time and knocked out the job really fast. Alan was there on site. The day after the job was done Alan called me to make sure I was happy with the new roof. It was time to replace our roof, but we had heard so many horror stories that we were worried about finding a good roofer we could trust. Fortunately, a neighbor (we live in Scottsdale) recommended Scott Roofing. All I can say is that they were very straight forward and explained everything really well and did what they said without any surprises. Nice helpful people.

These guys were contracted by my home management company.
They were scheduled to show up anywhere from between 6:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. today they were a no-call no-show when we contacted our rental company to tell them that they were a no-call no-show All the sudden they tried to show up 9 hours later than they were supposed to then they hung up on us over the phone more than one time and proceeded to tell us we did not need to be home to show up here when we have small dogs do not recommend using this company at all.
