Best Roof Coating System in Phoenix AZ

If I could give negative stars I would. I am appalled that this company is in business. My condo association chose Renco to reroof our buildings. The roof was replaced in February and when it rained the 23rd, it rained in my house in multiple places. Needless to say, there was extensive damage that the Renco rep tried to deny was their fault. Fast forawrd to now and my roof is still not completed. When I call Renco, I am told it will be done this week... 2 weeks ago. Today I was told it will be today. It really is despicable to get a run around like this especially when the leak stems from their shotty work. Do your homework prior to using Renco.

You know how they tell you to get at least 3 quotes? Well, my husband was so comfortable with Brown Roofing he hired them immediately for our concrete tile roof. Quote was fair. They came exactly on the date and time stated. The work was well done. Very careful and thorough. The workers cleaned up after each day. It was a quality job.
My only regret - that Brown Roofing doesn't do general contractor work. There are other projects at my home, and I would gladly hire them for other jobs.
So, you can take your time, get 3 or more quotes, or just call Brown Roofing. You will save time and money and have a great roof at the end.

We just had our tile roof redone by Mikku and what a relief to not have anymore leaks. The crew was very polite and did a wonderful job and cleaned up daily. I will recommend them highly!Thank you Mikku roofing.

I chose this company because of their good reviews. The guys that came to the house and did the work were professional and effecient. There was damage done to the interior of my house. I contacted the company regarding the issues. They stated they were not responsible for the damage. I was dissastified with their lack of concern regarding the issue.

I was out of town when I was notified by my wife about a leak in our roof. Unfortunately it was a Sunday, and knew I would not get someone to come out right away. I did however place an inquiry online and Alex responded the very next day. He not only called me, but followed up with an email with what more than likely was going on based on their vast experience working on roofs with solar panels.

Within a few days, we had a great guy by the name of Chris come to the home. He called prior to coming which was helpful as to make sure he wasn't missed. While there Chris was courteous and professional. He spoke to my mother in law and explained what he needed to do. I also got a call from Alex to go over the exact details.

I approved the work and Chris got right to work. He was quick, clean, and knew what he was doing. I was relieved to see that I was working with an honest and professional company. The quote that was sent to me prior to them even coming out was spot on. They didn't try to oversell me, but just give my family and I, peace of mind.

I normally would say I would do business again with Castile, but I hope I don't have any more roof issues. I would however give them 5 STARS and recommend them to anyone needing roof work.

Brandon Brawley, a managing partner of the company has been great to work with and responsive to my concerns and requests. As is often the case, the work did not come without challenges, but Brandon has always taken my calls and worked with me to resolve the issues that have related to the repairs. Most of the issues had nothing to do with the quality of the work performed and I am confident in recommending Phoenix Roofing to friends and neighbors for the attention they gave the project and for Brandon's extra efforts to communicate with me. Having met with several roofing companies prior to hiring Phoenix Roofing I believe they charged me a fair price and the crew that did the work was professional and efficient. I recently purchased a home and the previous owner used Stapleton to install a new roof in 2016. The roof had a warranty, and I started seeing some moisture in one of the bedrooms so I called them out to look at it. Unfortunately the warranty hadn't been transferred properly, they require an inspection to ensure that nothing had been done on the roof that might effect the warranty before they transfer to the new owner. Pat was super helpful and took a look at the roof, turned out I had a stucco crack around one of my scuppers. The rest of the roof looks great, hadn't had a chance to see it myself until now, much better than the roof on my previous flat roof home. He transferred the warranty and was very helpful, I'd recommend you give Stapleton a call if you need help with your roof.

Gryphon Roofing was excellent, fixing a complex leak as well as the mess left by the first roofers we had. I could not be more impressed and pleased with Alberto, who worked alone (!), speedily and skillfully, and shared photographs that documented the work done.
