RENCO Roofing is the BEST! Professional from start to finish, are responsive, and best part they are On Time which is very hard to find these days. Thanks RENCO I have used them twice and both times were fantastic service.

My only complaint with this company is that after sending them blueprints of two large projects I needed proposals of and after being told three times that they were interested and would get back to me, they never contacted me with a yes or a no? Would have been professional to at least tell me they were to busy.

Mikku & Sons recoated my flat roof a few months ago and did a fantastic job. They found hail damage on my roof and worked with my insurance company to cover for the damage. This family owned business is great to work with. Brothers Caleb, Devin and Joshua are professional, friendly, very knowledgeable with good customer service skills and excellent quality workmanship.

Home Inspector identified stains on eaves after recent heavy rain. Recommended an expert inspect for leaks. Alex (manager) was very courteous and made me feel very comfortable about their inspection process. Their technician Chris inspected the roof and repaired flashing. He was very kind and honest with his inspection in which he detected no leaks. This company has INTEGRITY with TRUST!

Roger Bloss has been amazing to work with in getting my roof replaced. He was able to do an assessment of my roof the day after it was damaged, he walked me through the claims process with insurance, and has communicated and updated me every step of the way. Amazing customer service from the first call! I originally spoke to Ashley when requesting a quote, being a new home owner this was all new to me, she suggested I set up multiple companies to provide competitive quotes.

After a few weeks, Ashley called me back just to follow up on their quote and to see if I had any questions. Out of all 5 quotes, Hardacker Roofing came out on top, and the 10 year installation warranty was a plus.

Bonnie help setup the appointment and answered any questions I had about materials. Honestly, if it came down to just pure customer service, hands down Hardacker is amazing. Thank you ladies for making this first time homeowner feel good about replacing an important piece of my home!

After fighting with the insurance company for a couple months. Reimagine stepped in and assisted until they got the approval from the insurance company. Always keeping me updated. Absolutely everyone from the office staff to the installers, and especially the gentleman fighting with the insurance company were very professional and always helpful. Thank you Eric, Leah, Nick, and the great installers. We have the prettiest roof in the neighborhood.

As the name for the company says it I couldn't make a BEST CHOICE for my roof, it's not only the work they do but also their customer service, their punctuality, attitude and work is irreplaceable , i am glad i was recomended for their services by a friend.

After a hail storm last spring I filed a claim with my home owner’s insurance. The adjuster came out, looked over my damage and said that they would be sending me a check. I had no idea what to do next. I called the owner of this company. He came to my house, looked over the damage, took plenty of pictures and said he would contact the insurance adjuster himself on my behalf if I didn’t mind. The next thing I knew was the insurance adjuster advised me that I would be receiving additional funds. He then called me wanting to know when I wanted the repairs done. From that point on I would receive a call from the project manager advising when each repair or replacement was to be done and everything was put back in better condition than it was before the storm.
