Five years ago, Vertex Roofing installed a new roof on my home. I encountered the company at the Tucson Home Show, where I was trying to find a roofer quickly because a recent storm had precipitated a huge leak in my kitchen ceiling due to a hole in the roof. Everyone I've worked with from the company has treated me with courtesy and behaved very professionally. Arrangements were made and the roof was installed expeditiously (if my memory can be trusted, I think it took them just a few days to install). And it looks beautiful! The long-term warranty on the roof made me feel even more confident about their services. To be honest, since the roof was installed, twice I had leaks in my house that I thought were from a roof problem. I called Vertex both times and they came out to look at the problem. Both times they identified the source of the leak, and it wasn’t the roof (long stories that I won’t get into here). Each time I felt they were patient and helpful with me, despite the fact that their product was not the problem. In sum, I have had positive experiences with Vertex Roofing and highly recommend them for both quality of product and professionalism of staff.

I really never write reviews unless I'm really happy or really mad about customer service and work quality. I am building a custom home and have worked with every trade in the process and I can tell you Rick Thomas and Thomas Roofing was the best to work with by far. He always answers the phone, has good pricing, his crew is timely and does great work. There were some items that needed addressed from other trades that he was able to provide solutions for to move the process along. Highest recommended and will continue to use him on all my projects.

Whoever was driving truck 934 today in phoenix on I10 needs a driving lesson, or revoked license. The guy is zipping in and out of heavy traffic, no signal, on his phone the whole time. Way too dangerous. We drive a large truck and felt as though he should cut close in front of us. Not a good image for your company.

I was facing a deadline because of a inspection report and a house sale and these guys came through big-time the next day. They are licensed professionals who do excellent work and pay attention to customer service. They run a business that provides the proper paperwork as well. Where should I start?? Well after the last crazy rain spell we had, we started to notice some buckling on our living room ceiling. After hours of researching I decided to call Arizona Rood Rescue. Spoke with Alan, who is actually the owner and he was very helpful. We were expecting the worst but luckily just needed a few repairs in a few spots. The cost was very resonable. The workers showed up on times and were very nice and got right to work. No more leaky ceilings for us! I definitely plan on telling all my friends about Alan and his great company.

I cannot recommend this company enough. Please stop your search and give these guys a call. We own a very unique, old house that experienced significant damage in a storm. After several contractors backed out of the job due to the technical difficulty of the fix, I got Superior's number from a general contractor. Rick and his team went to great lengths to diagnose the repair needs of a complex roofing job, liaised with specialty vendors, and put together a plan of action and got the fix done within a very short period of time and for a completely reasonable budget. It's now pouring rain out and our house is bone dry and looks better than ever. Thank you Rick - you are great at what you do.

They came out and totally redone our patio roof it was good for the most part but it is very hard to get someone back out to fix a leak that we've been having we have a 5 year warranty and yet we cannot get Jose to come and fix the roof first time we try to call him he said he got into a car accident which we understood second time we called him he set up a time and we waited and it was a no-show third time did not even try to call or get back with us so all in all it's a hit or miss you choose
