Got a call from Tyler and was most impressed with response to the communication break-down - was explained with an immediate call - and very impressed with the family owned company - going ahead to get a bid from them. Might just get the job!!!

The section requiring repair now appears like new. I have found over the years that Renco provides dependable, courteous, conscientious workers. Will and Joe were proud of their work and cleaned up the area nicely.

Had a great experience with Ky-Ko Roofing this past month. They completed the tile portion of the roof followed by foam on the remaining sections. Each phase was completed professionally and they always left the premise clean. Thanks to all the different crews for the GREAT work. Would highly recommend them for your roofing needs. Jim

I had a great experience with Lyons Roofing. The office staff and Ananda were always responsive and helpful. The crew were polite and professional and the super on the job, Eddie, was very helpful and even did a few little extras for me.

The roof looks great and the warranty is excellent. I know there are other possibly less expensive roofers, but I wanted to go with a long established company with a good work ethic. In addition, they connected me with a great licensed contractor for a new porch, for which I'm eternally grateful.

Great roofing company

Extremely pleased with Sarah and Stonecreek Roofing. Originally insurance was only going to cover half of my roof (which a separate roofing company agreed with). Sarah came back out, and did a re-inspection, and identified and documented additional damage which was approved by the insurance company. Quality of the shingles and workmanship were great as well. Have, and will recommend to others.

As much as I want to give five (5) stars, not able to due to the lack of follow through

Actually, it started out as five (5) stars, only for the customer service to decline the second day into the project and for up to two (2) weeks afterwards.

Pros:
** Estimate was competitive, if not slightly below other quotes I had received
** First day of project, not only did they show up on time, they were early...this fact I was very helpful it would continue through the next day
** The first day the team was focus and getting it done

Cons:
** Even before the project started, I requested an call the day before because I have six (6) special needs (medical and behavioral) dogs, needed to plan a pet sitter...that call did not happen
** Second day, a gentleman came by driving the company truck to drop of replacement roof tiles. I asked when the team would arrive because if I could save money with the pet sitter, that would be great. He made a phone call and I was advised someone will call me shortly with an ETA..it was 7:00 AM at this point
** Second day, same gentleman I asked if there would be a roof inspection after the project was completely, not only did he say that there would be one, he shared what would occur. He even noted he saw a few items that needed to be addressed as he could see from the ground.
** Second day, four (4) hours later, the call never came, at this point it was 11 AM, I called the office and asked for an ETA. I was told to call another person, that person's VM stated he was on vacation, I called back to the office and it was stated I would receive a call within the hour
** Second day, a hour later, no call, I sent an email through their project management tool, that was answered, ninety (90) minutes later the team showed up to complete the job. At this point it was close to 2:00 PM, which meant I could have save a lot of money with the pet sitter
** Week after I sent an email through their portal asking if there would be a final inspection. Here was the response: Hi Kelly, Yes I will be stopping by beginning of next week.I will let you know what day before I come I responded back to let me know day and time so I could have the dogs secured
** Two weeks after above response, I sent a follow-up requesting when would the final inspection occur....never heard back

What started as wow, this is awesome, ended with disappointment due to lack of communication, follow-through, and I have to wonder based upon these gaps, what may be missing, other than what the gentleman pointed out on the second date, on my roof?

If you want exceptional customer service then Castile Roofing is the company for you. Alex is so responsive, professional, and friendly. He and Alfonso promptly and honestly answered every question I had and were very thoughtful about doing it affordably. I have been searching far and wide for a company to repair termite damage on the trusses in my attic with no success. Castile Roofing was the first company to send someone out to assess and repair the damage. Chris was friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and even went above and beyond to inspect and repair other issues on my roof. They even sent me pictures of the repairs they made. So hard to find a good honest company that provides this kind of customer service.

Kris Chavez was very professional, friendly, and easy to work with. He was responsive, prompt, and listened to us, as consumers.

Great, friendly professional service. They re-roofed my tile roof and back patio cover. They were able to save me a ton of money by reusing the majority of my old tiles then they matched in new tiles where needed. Everything under the tiles was all new materials. I had gotten a few other quotes from other roofers and they were so much more expensive and they didn't provide me with such a great cost saving solution. What a fabulous company.

The Precision team did fantastic work replacing my roof. They were very responsive throughout the entire process. During the work there were deficiencies identified outside of the scope of work and they went ahead and took care of those issues without additional charges. Work started on Monday after signing the contract and was completed in 7 working days which was one day ahead of schedule. In summary I am grateful for the high quality work recieved and would reccomend this team to anyone looking for roofing work at their residence/business.

Wow! What can I say? A free roof from insurance?! Neil Burnett was my project manager and did a spectacular job. The whole time I was worried that I was going to be hit with a huge bill, but at the end of the job, all I owed the young man was my deductible. Still can't believe how smooth and professional this process was. My wife and I will be recommending this company to family and friends.

Dave Pierce and the crew were great. On time, professional, job completed same day. Very happy with product and quality of work. Highly recommend.

Had an appointment for Reyes to come out and give me a quote on roof replacement. Made sure I was home an hour early, and shuffled my schedule around so I could even be there a half hour later than the appointment. Reyes was a no-call, no-show. I understand running late, but why would anybody do business with a company that isn't even reliable enough to call when they are going to be late?

UPDATE: In response to the company's belated response: I simply reported on my experience. Your company was trying to get my business, so you should have been doing everything you could to make sure we were impressed with your reliability and trustworthiness. As for your allegation that the owner came out the next day to apologize, this is simply not true. The only time a Reyes employee came to our door was the day after the missed appointment, and that employee - whether he was the owner or not - acted surprised when I said that they had missed the appointment the day before, and he said that he was there on the correct day. You are just trying to make your business sound more responsible than it has proven to be.

The workmanship, communication & service was excellent, and we are so thrilled with our roof restorations. Would definitely recommend their services.
