Brown Roofing just replaced my roof. It was my first time doing it and Craig Brown made the whole experience easy and safe. His company gets excellent reviews (I found him from recommendations on Next Door). His company was the most professional that I dealt with and came in with the best price! He followed through on everything promised. His crew was courteous, hard working, neat and detailed oriented. I highly recommend Brown Roofing.

Great job done!

Cons:
The estimator was 4 hours late.
The paper estimate didn't come until I harassed them for a copy.
The repair was rescheduled twice. (Emergencies kept bumping my appointment even though I was scheduled?)
The repair guys laid in the middle of my driveway while they waited for more parts to be delivered.
There wasn't any communication at all from the business's end. I only found out of the rescheduling, payment options, estimate copies, etc because I called each time. (No proactive measures were taken)
I was talking to my S/O and used the phrase I feel like I'm begging them to take my money & do the work...

Pros:
The price. They came in well under-budget and blew away four other estimates, once by well over a grand.
The repairs were done quickly and efficiently.
Invoice/payment was all online and simple to complete.
Electronic/PDF documents (estimate and receipt) via email.
I assume that the quality is pretty good (there are no more birds on my roof, there aren't any leaks and the plywood looks new).
No dust, debris or mess was left - it was all cleaned up as promised.

Overall:
If you have the time and energy to be your own advocate with this company, I say go for it. If you're out of town or unable to manage the procedural aspect that will be required of you to actually start the process, I'd recommend checking a few other places out.

When there is a No Soliciting sign right above the doorbell… and they still ring it and try to sell you something? Imagine how much they will ignore you if you were actually a customer. Truly disappointing when a company has no ethics and pushes employees to bluntly ignore consumer’s wishes to just make a sale.

We have had excellent service from Mikku & Sons Roofing twice. Three years ago we had a roof leak in our shop. I called Mikku and they came out that same day and made the repair (no more leaks). With this good service, there was no one else to call to give us a new flat roof on our house (roof over 20 years old). Our entire roof is covered with solar panels so it was considerably more effort for Dion and Mike to put down the new roof. We were kept up-to-date on the progress and the project was completed in a timely manner at a reasonable cost.

Almeida Roofing is an excellent company. They came highly recommended from people we know who used them for their roof. They definitely lived up to the reputation that proceeded them. I was given a thorough, professional and free inspection immediately after request. An honest and straightforward estimate came from that. It covered all aspects of the job and was also economical. I subsequently accepted their quote and they went right to work. They completed the job on time and to my complete satisfaction. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again if ever needed. Excellent⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing customer service from the first call! I originally spoke to Ashley when requesting a quote, being a new home owner this was all new to me, she suggested I set up multiple companies to provide competitive quotes.

After a few weeks, Ashley called me back just to follow up on their quote and to see if I had any questions. Out of all 5 quotes, Hardacker Roofing came out on top, and the 10 year installation warranty was a plus.

Horrible customer service department. They are unorganized and unprofessional. They miss appointments and the techs don’t even catch it all. These are not professionals they are hiring bums out of desperation because that’s what they are “bums” they don’t do a job when they are sent to one.
Look elsewhere for professional work, mi neighbors just hired a roofing company and did a job well done. Will be going to them. Stay away from diversified!!! They are not qualified!

Had plywood and surface damage on a large 400 sq foot second story 29 year old walk deck/balcony. Pinnacle Roofing did an amazing job repairing existing plywood, adding a second layer of plywood and applying a four step Polycoat coating. The entire staff was helpful and in constant communication with me. I had twelve different companies come out over three months for estimates and was completely satisfied with my choice and the end results from Pinnacle.
