Best Residential New Construction in Phoenix AZ

Had a new roof installed. Could not be happier with choosing TSM. Sheldon is great to work with. The crew arrived on time. They cleaned up all around the house of any of their mess. Very professional and courteous we are very happy with our new roof. I would highly recommend them. Great company

Let me just start off by say Sarah you are the best an A++! She was very professional and knew exactly what she was doing, especially with the insurance company I really appreciate it. The workers were magnificent they finished with 2 days exceeding my expectations the roof looks amazing and very satisfied with it I am definitely recommending it!!!!

Cannot recommend them highly enough. Have had problems at 3 homes over the years caused by PREVIOUS contractors. Once Mikku and Sons remedied the problems, NO MORE ISSUES! Have asked them to do repairs and have replaced one entire tile roof. Thank you Devin.

We had minor roof damage due to a microburst on January 25. We noticed some loose tiles on the roof so we called Clyde Hardacker and asked for an inspection. He came out the next day and inspected our roof. He found no problem as the tiles were from our neighbors. He did find some roof tip shingles loose so he replaced them right on the spot. The charge was minimal. He has done previous work for us, by replacing flat roof top on our patio and front door overhang. I would definitely recommend him and will use him in the future. This is a good company. The crew that installed our new metal roof was respectful and well-mannered in every one of our interactions, and they answered questions and communicated their schedule regularly. They did a thorough job, and clearly took pride in their work as we walked around to examine the finished product. Then they texted some nice pictures of it! They were very good at removing metal scraps and pieces of shingles when they were done. (We've had other work crews on our property in the past that didn't do a very good job with cleanup.) And what else can you say about a 50 yr guarantee?! Definitely recommend.

After learning of a neighbor's excellent experience with Precision Roofing for a roof replacement on their historic home, we opted to use them for the same for our historic home. We were very pleased with their punctuality and professionalism, and the ease of scheduling and financing the job. The crew worked extra hard to complete the job before rain arrived, working through their scheduled lunch break. They cleaned up very well and protected our gardens

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE -

We had Capstone Roofing come give an estimate and set up an appointment a week later for the roof to be repaired.

The repair specialist did the repair and said that he would make sure to perform a quality test on the roof and we agreed that would be ideal to insure the repair was sufficient. That was in early April. The test of the roof was never performed.

In addition to that miscommunication we just received a threatening notice that our payment was overdue - even though this final test has not been completed and the repair was only done two weeks ago - so payment is technically not even due for two more weeks.

The person I spoke with was totally unprofessional and not at all empathetic that we are in the middle of a global pandemic and that we will be sure to make payment when it is due in two weeks - they are completely tone deaf and not at all concerned for the customer!!

The way this was handled in all ways was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and I definitely would not recommend this service.

This company was doing my neighbors roof in February. Needing a repair the crew came over to evaluate the problem. ( they do have a knowledgeable crew chief). After that it was frustrating dealing with Joel and the company. I made several calls and emails requesting the quote and roofing samples but no response, or no show for items requested. I finally reached Joel and was told the repair would be done by the end of the week, I was never scheduled. By the end of June, I was tired of waiting and trying to contact them. They did me a favor. I found another roofing company, who came out promptly to evaluate the problem and it was fixed in a week. If you have to beg a company to do a job, and you have a problem after the work was done, would the lack of response be the same , my guess is yes!

Had plywood and surface damage on a large 400 sq foot second story 29 year old walk deck/balcony. Pinnacle Roofing did an amazing job repairing existing plywood, adding a second layer of plywood and applying a four step Polycoat coating. The entire staff was helpful and in constant communication with me. I had twelve different companies come out over three months for estimates and was completely satisfied with my choice and the end results from Pinnacle.

I highly recommend Priority Roofing . Seldom do you find an individual as professional and conscientious as Steven . Like many in my area I had storm and hail damage and needed to file with my insurance. He made sure I received a fair estimate to send to the adjuster, helped me choose the appropriate replacement material (I upgraded to standing seem metal), and oversaw the installation. The job was difficult because of the high pitched slope of the roof and took longer to install but there was never a time when I felt rushed to finish. The crew was amazing, hard working men who were careful with my landscape and extremely polite. Daily clean up made sure that I didn't have to worry about my pets. Overall, it was as painless a process as possible with a beautiful outcome!

With the recent storms we had some tiles come off our house then started noticing a water spot form on the ceiling. We called Arizona Roofing and Ryan was out same day, he found the leak and other damage that would of caused more damage if it wasn’t taken care of. He also put a tarp on the roof to ensure we didn’t get further damage before they were able to replace the underpayment. He was very communicative and answered all my question. The owner Ramon was also here his crew is very professional and efficient. I highly recommend this company for all your roofing needs! A++
