Best Residential New Construction in Phoenix AZ

Jonathan and his company installed a couple hundred feet of block fence for us recently. They were helpful in getting the permit and kept us informed of the progress. Once they started they finished quickly and did what they said. Fence looks great and we are very happy with it. Another contractor priced the job at 3 times what we paid, be careful of scammers out there. This company is honest.

Nice guys all around. Easy to deal with and very responsive. We've dealt with them three times-first time was a perimeter chainlink with barbed wire, second was a wrought iron fence, and most recently the repair of the original chainlink after it was heavily damaged in an accident. Each time has been a breeze to take care of-nothing to worry about during the entire process. This time, we had damage on Sunday and after estimates and quotes, they were out by Thursday (right before a holiday weekend) repairing it. Quality work and we've always had quick turnaround. Highly recommended.

We had our double front iron and screen door installed today. From estimate, purchase, customer service to installation we are so impressed with DCS. The gentleman who installed our door were awesome and it looks fabulous. Extremely competent and extremely conscientious and nice!!!! I love my door, bring on cool mornings and evenings!!!!!!

Net unlimited was awesome! They were very responsive! They were able to move some things around to come fix my net just in time before peak golf season! They had a problem with two parts of the net but informed me of the problem and were out the next morning to fix it! I would highly recommend!

Terrible customer service. Ironman was supposed to install two freestanding gates and they did not make them correctly to install. They came near an hour outside of the arrival window they originally said and while I was not home. I thought they were coming during the window they gave me. They dug in the ground near my electrical box and cut the electrical line to my sprinkler system. The worker crew put cement on my electrical line, sprinkler head and sprinkler plumbing. They absolutely refused to replace the electrical line they damaged and wanted to rig it with a bunch of electrical tape and a small segment piece of electrical line. The supervisor put me as a last priority and kept putting me off. The scheduler did not get back to me when she said she would. It was difficult to reach the scheduler when I called because they often said she was in the shop. They rescheduled and cancelled because their oven broke down. They came out with the wrong shade of colored posts that did not match the gates. Therefore, they had to reschedule again. They had me wait another week before rescheduling and they did not call when they said they would. I had to become the coordinator and call to chase them down for near 2 months. Also, they were supposed to reschedule again. I had to call and chase them down. They didn't want to answer my call and excused themselves that they had phone system trouble all day. I found out the oven broke down again too. Another day, (Rick) the owner was rude to me when he intercepted my phone call while I was calling for the scheduler. During another call, the Office Manager (Sheila) was rude to me and hung the phone up on me while I was trying to get a resolution. Iron man Pool Fence caused this installation to last an extra month in a half from the time the gates were to be ready. I was wondering how many times were they going to have to come out. This is a total of 2.5 months from the original order date. They did not arrive during their scheduled arrival window. It was over an hour late from the tail end of the 2 hour window. I thought I was the customer. The customer service was horrible. I would have thought the owner would have been more considerate of everything they made me go thru. This gate ordering process needs improvement as well as the customer service. It is hard to recommend a company when one has a bad experience and the owner doesn't even want to make things right. To sum this experience up... Disappointing and a big let down. Save yourself a hassle and see if you can find a different company to use.

Well after some of those storms it finally did my fence in and my insurance company told me to get 3 bids to replace it. Arizona Fence came in the middle for estimates and my insurance company would only pay me the least priced bid. Mike was able to match the price and installed a real nice
fence. Thanks so much..

Called 2 week ago schedule appointment fora quote. Seems very disorganized, Have not got a quote yet..... ???‍♂️

Fence Builders of Arizona advertises a free estimate, but after several phone calls (most of which have not been returned) and several text messages, I have been waiting for a month with no estimate. If they can't provide the estimate that the promised how could I trust them to build or repair a fence?

Needed to share my experience with Fence Builders of Arizona for our Desert Mountain Home, we needed a quality wrought iron fence that looked good and kept the coyotes out of our yard, as we live backed up to the golf coarse. Armando came out and provided some creative ideas to keep the critters out, but still not loose the view. We love our fence and their team of installers are the best in the business. Thanks again!
