Very good job it seems. Thorough. Estimator came out on time. Then a pre site inspector came out. Then the crew came out and did the work. Then a post work inspector came out. Wow, very professional. The quality of the repair seems very good but the next heavy rainstorm will tell. Two year warranty on the repair. Very satisfied so far.

Great roofing company

I was hesitant to ask for help for my roof. It's been a decade and since then, I have not done any maintenance for the roof thinking that it's gonna be costly for a repair . For the past few years, I have been experiencing leaks and a lot of debris from the roof and I have enough. I decided to look for roof services and I found Mikku and Sons on google , I reached out to them and ask for help. Now, I am happy with the replacement of my roof. I love that they considered my budget and Devin came up with a good solution for my roof problem and finished the job. They clean as well right after they finish

I contacted this company to evaluate a possible roof leak, because there was water damage in my family room ceiling. They put a tarp on the roof ($100.00) and gave me an estimate of approximately $5000 to repair a roof leak that they claimed was caused by faulty workmanship. The inspector for my homeowners insurance claimed the leak was the result of the roof vents. After having another roofer inspect the property, it was determined that there was NO roof leak. The water is coming from the air conditioner overflow in the attic. There is absolutely no evidence of a roof problem in that area. When I contacted Almeida Roofing to advise them that the tarps that I paid for were not needed and that they had given me an estimate to repair damage that didn't exist, I spoke with KEVIN. He was defensive, argumentative and rude. I tried to explain to him that my interior damage is much more extensive because of the misdiagnosis and the tarps were not needed. Furthermore, the technicians removed caps and tiles and did not replace them properly, which I will have to have replaced. I also brought up the fact that the estimate was basically bogus. His response was then don't sign the contract. Find someone else. Which, obviously, I already have. I feel that Almeida roofing should be responsible for the repair of what they did. I have cracked and misplaced tiles/caps because they pulled some off and walked on my tile roof and cracked tiles. Also, I should not pay for the tarps. Almeida Roofing is a rip-off.

I had an amazing experience with Amanda Netzel at Multipro Roof Solutions. She and her team were able to help us get a full roof replacement covered by our insurance, did a gorgeous job, and got it done within 3 days. They went above and beyond to help answer any questions we had, and since it was our first time dealing with a roof replacement you can imagine all the questions we had for them. Amanda was a true pro and such a good person. We are obsessed with our roof!!

Clyde came to our company to gain our business. We manage 400 single-family homes throughout the valley. We gave him two work orders. One is over a month old and we still don't have an invoice although they claim the job is complete. The roof is still leaking and they say it is not on them because there are holes in the metal stacks. (So as a roofer I guess they won't do all of the roofing repairs - metal stacks in a roof are someone else's job???) Could have told us that a month ago so we could have avoided further secondary damage to this home for the owner and major inconvenience to our tenant.
Second job we gave them is still leaking with each rain. 16 days and counting waiting for a bid. We are reassigning the work order and will not use this company again.

Great, friendly professional service. They re-roofed my tile roof and back patio cover. They were able to save me a ton of money by reusing the majority of my old tiles then they matched in new tiles where needed. Everything under the tiles was all new materials. I had gotten a few other quotes from other roofers and they were so much more expensive and they didn't provide me with such a great cost saving solution. What a fabulous company.

Decided to get solar (Freedom Solar also terrible company) panels installed on the roof of my home and Geo Roofing was hired to replace the roof. I asked them to make sure all around the edges are cover and fill in so no rain can seep in but look at the picture. They are not going to fix it until it leaks. They also left tear down debris like roofing nails on roof and the yard everywhere. I highly do NOT recommend this company.

If this is a sign of things to come, I'll be back! And recommend as well. Capstone employee was on time...courteous..honest...and fixed a tile that had lifted for free. All within 15-20 minutes. Good job!

Jack the Roofer redid my roof and I couldn't be happier. The quality of the roof and the customer service was the best I've experienced. I own several rental houses throughout Phoenix and I used another company for years until I noticed leaks in my rentals and the company not wanting to accept blame. It's been 3 years since my first roof with Jack the roofer and I've had absolutely no problems!

Someone else told me I needed $1000s of work done. I called Durafoam and found out the only problem was a bee hive blocking a scupper. The guy who came out cleared the scupper and told me I just needed to caulk around it. So glad I called them.

Well I'll tell you after looking over your work I have to say your quality an workmanship is outstanding, And that makes you and your people Second to None in my Book. I'll reference you any day of the week....Stay Safe.......

All the employees were friendly and professional. The price was fair and well explained and came with a warranty. I would use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them.
