When my bathroom ceiling collapsed on a Sunday night, raining down a large amount of attic insulation and drywall, and water dripping down, I called Doan in a panic. Russ and another worker were here within less than 45 minutes, removed all the debris, cleaned up as much as possible, and put up a temporary plastic ceiling. They installed two machines to dry out the moisture and clean the air. They worked for nearly three hours into the late night. They were very professional and efficient. Russ explained everything, so I knew what to expect, and I felt reassured that this disaster wasn't as bad as it looked.
Over the next week various crew members came back several times, checking the equipment and doing further cleanup. Russ was very accommodating to make sure he could be here when the insurance inspector came to assess the damage. That was very helpful. When I found that a couple of small items had mistakenly been taken away with the debris, I was generously compensated. Margaret in Accounts Receivable was also very nice to deal with. Overall, my experience with this company was a very positive one.

Absolutely outstanding!! Our hot water heater was apparently not installed correctly some time ago ~ which did not allow the pressure valve to release unfortunately this caused our hot water heater heater to burst. Dan was our project manager he handled our job with with absolutely outstanding professional service he arrived within 1/2 after I called him immediately diagnosing the situation and getting everything under control. We were informed about every aspect of the if they whole process he handled our home as if it was his home. The work area was always kept safe and extremely clean he throughly checked for additional water damage and also returned to ensure the area was drying out properly instead of just doing “ the minimal to get you by and we will leave these fans running until we get back sometime “ he went above and beyond to ensure that our project was done correctly. I am very very pleased.

DRR is great team that responded very quickly and got to work immediately and efficiently. They worked with me on all the details and aspects of the water removal and clean up. Great full that they responded as they did. Highly recommend DRR for your one stop disaster recovery needs.

I had a water stain on the ceiling. I called ASAP Flood Restoration, they came out the same day, did a very thorough inspection, gave me a very competitive quote, and did the job right then and there.

I was referred by a friend to Bright Home for some water damage drywall repair. We needed it done fast with a baby due any day now. Their main guy Andy is a super nice guy. Got the quote within a couple days, which actually beat out another company's price by a few hundred dollars. Parker set things up for us quickly and had a guy come out just over a week after the quote came through. We were happy with the timeframe especially after waiting for months for our HOA to fix the exterior. Service and quality was great. I'd definitely use Bright Home again.

I had a little mishap and accidentally flooded my upstairs bedroom. It became pretty apparent that I couldn’t manage this by myself. I am so grateful to Phil and his team for all of their help! We recently had the misfortune of having our water heater breaking and emptying all of its water into our guest room. Our walls and carpet were fully soaked. We called 991 Restoration and Rocky Dunn was at our home within an hour. The damage was extensive but Rocky and his crew worked for several hours removing the effected dry wall, molding and carpet. They immediately set up all the necessary fans and dehumidifiers to begin the drying process to insure we did not develop mold. The drying process took several days, and Rocky was there each day to check the moister levels. After the drying process was complete Rocky coordinated the reinstallation of the carpet and began the work of reinstalling the drywall and molding. His pricing was very reasonable, and his work was impeccable. Rocky was also very helpful in working with our insurance company minimizing the total time of disruption to our home. While this is not an event anyone wants to go through, we were very fortunate to work with Rocky and 911 Restoration. Highly recommend Rocky and his team for any of your needs.

We were about to have over 50 guests show up for a graduation party for our children when my wife discovered a leak in our garage- OH NO!!!! I had a friend refer R2 Fire and Water. From the moment I called Justin, I knew I was in the right hands. He arrived almost immediately and put my wife and at ease. The process was seamless with all their knowledge and skill set. By far, best job I've had overall. Dan Keen is an selfless, honest and reliable boss who has literally taken shirt(coat) off his own back for me and has done many other acts of random kindness. He looks out for allhis employees as they were family. His work is unmatchable on all levels at a reasonable cost.

??Due to a water leak in the attic, ServiceMaster was contacted by my home insurance company to help with the repairs. (This is my fault - I should have done my own research instead of trusting my insurance adjuster. Lesson learned.)
??They lack communication skills. Although I only had to deal with your company for 4, maybe 5 days, I had to call you to find out when a tech was coming over the next day and if the lab results were in; which they were but instead of calling me back or telling someone to contact me the next day because she was out of the office, Alex didn't.
??They lack customer service skills. Alex is very rude and I'm surprised she's on the phone; Summer is sweet and has better customer service. Only Nate and Jose were nice (the first 2 techs sent out), but the others, like the one who picked up the fans and the one who came by today to get a signature, need training on customer service. The tech who came today, rang the door bell and when I answered, he didn't introduce himself or what he wanted - he just tried to hand me my phone. Tell them that manners say when you are greeting a person especially a customer, say Hi. My name is.... and I'm from Service Master.
??Overall - call another company. Although I signed their form so they could get paid, I was NOT satisfied! Save yourself the headache and not knowing when you need to be home all because they haven't figured out a better scheduling system and don't train their employees on simple customer service skills. ??

Be careful working with this company if you are a temporary worker. They love to exercise their power over you.

I called three weeks ago after a storm and burst pipes. It took me three weeks just to get on the schedule. Called on the day the appointment was supposed to take place and turns out they told me the wrong date and scheduled it for a day I won't be home (due to family emergency) and now they want to reschedule for who knows when.

I'm sure everything is dry now that they have waited so long, and probably really moldy too. If you are looking for prompt, professional, or organized service, this isn't it. I told them I have to contact my insurance company to see if we can do something else because working with this company had been a complete fail.
