The sales rep, Jimmy, was great. He was thorough and explains all my options for my flat roof. There was a wait for the work to start and I had active leaks during our monsoon season. Scott came out and did a temporary patch on the leak spots until the roof could be fully repaired/replaced. Once work began, it was quick. They were good with communication, the warranty is great and they have a good payment option.

In the past, I used KyKo to replace the roof on our old home and make repairs on our current home. They did a great job. However, during the last monsoon storm we lost several shingles off our roof. I contacted Kyko twice and was told someone would come out in a day or 2, only to have a no-show each time. Conversations with them sounded like they were just not interested in small jobs, only big money projects. Helping homeowners prevent major damage by offering to do small repairs is what leads to big jobs later. This is where they failed. With more monsoon storms on the way, I gave up on KyKo. I called another roofer this morning and they came out the same day and repaired my roof. They will be getting my business in the future, not KyKo.

Have used Lyons Roofing for many years, referred the company to my mother, and others. They always do great work! Will use them in my home remodel coming up soon.

We we were selling our home and the new owners requested a few minor spot repairs on the roof. Jack was able to give us an estimate based on the home inspection report over the phone and squeezed us in the very next day. Jack and Mike were very professional, responsive, and on time. First I have to say its always a challenge to find a good, honest company and good pricing. After a few quotes from other companies and finally reaching out to Hardacker roofing I realized they are one of the good ones out there. They exceeded my expectations based on the quality of their work, price, follow up and scheduling to complete the job. They held to the price from their original estimate. I also understand that things could have come up during the new install that could have changed that but not in this case. They identified faulty work on the original install and put down a great new roof on my garage quickly and efficiently repairing only what was needed. They were polite and professional and even helped with a concern on another part of the roof which ended up being just a shifted tile and was quick to fix. Very impressed from the beginning, during, and when they were done. They responded to our initial call very quickly and gave us a very fair estimate. The communication was excellent. They kept in contact as to what to expect, when they would start, during to see if we had any concerns, and after to follow up. They cleaned up after themselves each day. It only took them two days as they had five guys working each day. I have already given their name to a coworker. We will continue to recommend them highly.

It’s been difficult to find a roof repair company, because everyone just wants to replace the entire roof. However, I saw these guys doing work while I was running and asked if they could replace couple shingles for me. This was on Friday, by Monday I had my shingles replaced.

Called to schedule an estimate, was told I would hear from an estimator to schedule after giving them my information. Never heard back. Guess they dont want more business.

UPDATE:
They called me within hours of this review. I was at work so I missed the call. The next day(on a Saturday, I come home from errands and find a paper on my BEDROOM door that they had been in my house without me. I had other workers here, but that does not give them the right to enter my home without me here. The following Monday I receive an estimate from them for a roof repair in a random spot that I didnt even ask for that is not leaking. I called for a leak in my master bath and they gave me an estimate for a repair in the garage. WAY OFF. I called to tell them I dont like that they entered my home without me and that the estimate is not what I asked for. They said they would call me back so that they could come look at the leak. They didnt. Big shocker. STAY FAR AWAY.
