Best Polyurethane Foam Roof System in Phoenix AZ

Lars, is by far, the best. He raises the bar for customer service. Last year, when he first came to our home to price a foam roof, he spent a substantial amount of time with my husband and me helping us to identify non-roof related leaking problems, going to great lengths to help us find the right product needed and where, as a non contractor, we could purchase the products. The bid for the foam roof was competitive, the work was scheduled, they showed up when they said they would and completed the job to our satisfaction.
We just called Renco this past week concerning the tile roof overhanging our entry way. Lars came out to access and determined that the roof may or may not be our problem. Rather than trying to sell us a job that we may not need, he provided some sealant and proceeded to help my husband seal some wood beams that may be causing the problem. If we end up needing to replace tiles, or the tile roof, we will definitely be using Renco.

Brown Roofing has completed 3 roofing projects for me over the years. The quality of their work is exceptional. The first project was on my primary residence a few years ago. My tile roof on my home was leaking profusely. And the rolled material on the patio was aged beyond serviceability as well. The new roofing was completely quickly and the product was better than new.

More recently, I have used them again to work on two rental properties that I manage. Again, the work was prompt and the finished product was superior to the original product. I called all over to get quotes for a new roof and Multi Pro Roof Solutions gave me a quote that I was very happy with. I called Patrick and he set me up with Hayden. Hayden took care of everything. Hayden was very Professional and friendly. He was on site throughout the day. They striped the roof down to the wood and put everything back together. He even replaced some of the wood that was bad. Clean up was fantastic. When they were done you couldn't even tell they were there other than the new roof that also looked fantastic. As you can tell I was happy with Hayden his crew and Multi Pro Roof Solutions.

I got a quote from this company and they were too focus on upselling me on repairing my entire roof. What a waste of time! The estimator even gave a smog look when I told him I want my leaks repaired.

Gorman roofing company is a inconsiderate company that leaves their company trucks parked in apt space parking that is meant for residents and not ment for big box trucks. They take up 10 parking spots all day.

As well they leave their hazardous roofing chemicals out for anyone to get into. When they should be stored safely and correctly.

If you need your roof replaced or the underlayment replaced, I highly recommend Diversified Roofing. They were fantastic, competitive and thorough. I watched other roofs being re-done in our neighborhood and feel we had a superior job done on our roof. All flashing was replaced, bird stop, venting etc. They were done in a reasonable time, cleaned everything up thoroughly each day and the super for the roofing team came out every day to inspect the work done. He answered all our questions and explained the process in laymen's terms and then at the end, did a final inspection of the entire roof. I am impressed.
