Best Panel Installation in Phoenix AZ

I am a real estate agent in the valley and I work with a lot of contractors daily. The last roofer I was working with stood me up and we were close to a closing, I got recommended to Brett at RENCO roofing from a friend of mine and after explaining the issue to Brett he went out the very next day to fix the issue at no cost since he felt the job was to small to charge! I can tell that he cares a lot about costumer satisfaction and well now I have a new roofer for life. I will highly recommend Brett at RENCO roofing to anyone.

I had a roof done by Lyons years ago, and it was a good experience, so I called them when I needed another roof done. John, the estimator, came out and was extremely professional. I was happy to go forward and got all the required paperwork in place. I was told I'd be contacted by a scheduler in a couple of business days. That was weeks ago.

I have been given the runaround on the phone twice, today by offsite reception--not actually Lyons Roofing. The man who answered kept interrupting and interrogating me about details the company already has. He never took into consideration the reason for my call. Instead of listening or pausing for a second to hear why I was calling, he just kept interrupting to ask questions, and answered none.

The whole experience made me extremely uncomfortable, and I admit I lost my patience. I was already at the limits of my patience before this call, due to the complete lack of communication from Lyons Roofing. Why aren't they following through? Why do they have someone from outside their company interrogating customers? I expected so much better from Lyons Roofing.

Clyde came to our company to gain our business. We manage 400 single-family homes throughout the valley. We gave him two work orders. One is over a month old and we still don't have an invoice although they claim the job is complete. The roof is still leaking and they say it is not on them because there are holes in the metal stacks. (So as a roofer I guess they won't do all of the roofing repairs - metal stacks in a roof are someone else's job???) Could have told us that a month ago so we could have avoided further secondary damage to this home for the owner and major inconvenience to our tenant.
Second job we gave them is still leaking with each rain. 16 days and counting waiting for a bid. We are reassigning the work order and will not use this company again.

All the guys from Gleason Roofing we wonderful. Explained everything that they were going to do and what materials they were using. They are great at problem solving in a pinch. I would recommend Gleason Roofing for any roofing job.

Great now that they have a new branch manager this is a outstanding company to have the honor to work with or for the pay is worth it and their safety record is flawless.

The previous company must not have waited for our roof it to dry as their coating began to flake not long after they recoated it. Terrible! I guess they weren't crazy about quality that day.

Had another company (that had repaired our tile roof in our old home) come out to repair the parts that were peeling off. It turns out that they used the wrong material which had to be scrapped off before recoating.

Duraform was extremely thorough powerwashing, repairing and preparing our roof. And they waiting a good long time for the repairs and recent rain to dry out.

Roof looks great! I'm really happy with these guys.

A final word of advice. Get a flat roof specialist to repair and coat your flat roof.

This contractor was a very friendly professional and he knew his business very well. He guided his team well during all the installments to achieve the results as per the designs in our roof plan. They also gave us an easy low interest payment mode.

Hands down the best contractor I've ever worked with, from start to finish these guys were amazing. I had a portion of my roof redone and they did an amazing job. They scheduled me in when everyone else said they couldn't do it. They priced the job fair and did everything they said they would. Craftsmanship was A++. I really can't say enough good thigth about them I will absolutely use them again in the future.

Scheduled 2 days ago due to a leak that started 2 days ago. Contractor shows up 20 minutes late only to say they don't do flat roofs. This is urgent, and I don't understand why this detail isn't asked when scheduling.

Now I'm 2 days in to living under a leaking asbestos roof that could be molding and might as well have just ignored the problem for 2 days.

Circle G was real responsive and did a great job. They have also responded to some needs we had after and I definitely recommend them.

I had leak issue with my roof and had no idea that all the wood underneath the tiles was rotted. It was a mess. A friend recommended Stapleton Roofing to me so I had them out as well as a couple other roofing contractors to look at my issue and give me estimates. I am so happy that I had Stapleton Roofing out. Not only did they give me the best estimate out of the four companies I had out but they took the time to explain how my roof ended up this way and what kind of action I could take right now. The even offer financing too. When Pat, the owner, was explaining how my roof had gotten in such bad shape never once did I feel like I was being lied to or over pitched.
