Lars, is by far, the best. He raises the bar for customer service. Last year, when he first came to our home to price a foam roof, he spent a substantial amount of time with my husband and me helping us to identify non-roof related leaking problems, going to great lengths to help us find the right product needed and where, as a non contractor, we could purchase the products. The bid for the foam roof was competitive, the work was scheduled, they showed up when they said they would and completed the job to our satisfaction.
We just called Renco this past week concerning the tile roof overhanging our entry way. Lars came out to access and determined that the roof may or may not be our problem. Rather than trying to sell us a job that we may not need, he provided some sealant and proceeded to help my husband seal some wood beams that may be causing the problem. If we end up needing to replace tiles, or the tile roof, we will definitely be using Renco.

Canyon state roofing did an excellent job and paid attention to detail. They thoroughly explained everything to us and before and during the entire installation. They cleaned up every night before leaving and covered things up to reduce any mess. They even finished a day earlier than expected even though it was really hot each day. I would highly recommend them for anyone needing their roof replaced.

Very pleasant to work with. On the most recent occasion, I had a leak from the roof above my closet. Power was out. My wife walked in the closet in the dark, slipped, fell, and broke her kneecap! It was weekend. I called Steven first thing Monday and he came out the same day to get it fixed since my wife now needed surgery and could not have managed without the use of my bathroom. In an emergency, Diversified prioritized my need above others and came to our rescue. He was very responsive even after the damage from hurricane Harvey, too. Have engaged him in an annual service contract since then and have been very happy.

The owner came and inspected our roof after having a home inspection for the sale of our home. We needed someone to come quickly as we had a closing date approaching and he came out, gave me all the information of what needed to be fixed and came back in two days to complete the work. Whoever was driving truck 934 today in phoenix on I10 needs a driving lesson, or revoked license. The guy is zipping in and out of heavy traffic, no signal, on his phone the whole time. Way too dangerous. We drive a large truck and felt as though he should cut close in front of us. Not a good image for your company.
