I called Renco for some roofing repair issues based upon Yelp and Google reviews. They came out to my rental property and quickly fixed the issues. They were very prompt when it came to addressing my concerns and I will be using them again in the future.

Had a great experience with Ky-Ko Roofing this past month. They completed the tile portion of the roof followed by foam on the remaining sections. Jack Core (owner of Phoenix roofing) and Luis (project manager) just completed my underlay replacement for my tile roof. They were both very easy to work with. We have a one year old girl and they even managed to work around her room during her sleeping hours. They sent progress photos each day which is above and beyond your typical service. They started on time and finished early, I would recommend Phoenix roofing and remodeling to any family or friend looking to have their roof redone or repaired. I had a few estimates before committing and I can also say that their prices are extremely fair. They were meticulous with details and even painted the replacement drip trim with a color match paint prior to replacement. Thanks again guys!

This company is, without a doubt, one of the best businesses my husband and I have ever dealt with. I thought for sure that getting a new roof (with solar panels on existing roof) was going to be a headache - Kris, the Senior Project Manager, made this entire process seamless. ****** In response to the comments by the roofer**** I have never wanted to sell my home. I was recommend by my good friend and Realtor to this company. Never assume that someone is selling their house.... we all know what they say about assuming. I was NEVER and WILL NEVER be selling this home. The owners comments are inaccurate. Second I have since filed an insurance claim and my insurance along with 3 other roofing companies have all told me my roof is in excellent condition and does not need a full replacement. Bonnie is just a bully. STAY FAR FAR AWAY. I was recommended this roofing company by my realtor. The owner was very nice he came out and looked at my roof. I was confident they could help me. He sent his team out, he did not come with and they proceeded to fix my roof. I was concerned as the wood on the interior is starting to rot from water damage. The kid who came out told me I should have it replaced but the owner assured me it didn't. A week later another good rain came through and my roof was still leaking significantly. I contacted the roofing company and they said they were coming out to fix it. I left work to wait for them and an hour after they said they were coming o got a call telling me they were just refunding me my money. I did receive a refund. They told me it was because I was unclear on what I wanted. As when I discussed the not fixed roof I had stated I was concerned that they were not able to fix it and I may need to call insurance due to the water damage. Would not recommend.

Did a great job

In monsoon season 2017 , we had two crazy storms that gave us roof issues, but Star Roofing came out and fixed them right away each time. They also gave us some good recommendations and quotes on anything that could be a future issue and they fixed that also. I just really appreciate how professional and courteous their team was and I would recommend them to anyone!

I recently had my entire house re-roofed by Canyon State Roofing. The job was well done and completed in a short time. I was very pleased with both the quality of the work and the final appearance. I had several areas where the plywood and fascia needed to be replaced in addition to new underlayment throughout. I had one concern that I’d contacted Jim McLain about, and he promptly responded and solved the issue. They did a great job. In addition to the quality of the work, I was also pleased that the workers were friendly and respectful of my property. They were very careful not to damage the landscaping or other things near the house, and even cleaned and blew off everything each day. I’m pleased to highly recommend them and would absolutely use them again.

I am a construction manager and I have been using Gorman for the last two years they have been provided me with quality work with weekly reports and great costumer service Larry is great to work with, its nice to have someone to trust these days. Keep up the good work!

Our home builder used Diversified to install our tile roof, and Diversified did a great job. Since 2019, we have used Diversified to perform an annual inspection for weather related roof damage and cleaning of the roof and gutters. The inspection includes numerous pictures of any damaged areas or areas of concern. Diversified's inspections have uncovered several damaged tiles that they replaced and they always do a great job cleaning the gutters.

Steven and Amanda have always been very responsive, professional, and informative.

In summary, Diversified does a great job at a reasonable price.

We recently hired this company to clean our roof, which was covered with many years of black algae, moss and lichen. Not only was the result amazing (like brand new), ALL of the staff were top notch. We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend this company.

Gryphon Roofing was excellent, fixing a complex leak as well as the mess left by the first roofers we had. I could not be more impressed and pleased with Alberto, who worked alone (!), speedily and skillfully, and shared photographs that documented the work done. The contractor, the office staff, and Alberto were all friendly and professional. Thank you, Gryphon, and as for Monsoon Season... bring it on!

Brand new roof was added when I purchased the home in 2018. Clearly the job was not done well. Thank goodness I changed the lighting in my kitchen or I would have never found that there was a leak in my roof. Tons of corrosion found, which had to have been more than a year old, which can only mean their quality lasted max 3 years if not less. I reached out to them September only to have the owner downplay the damage and to tell me I am on a list. When it rains at all I literally have to have a bucket under my light, the new fixture is absolutely ruined and who knows what damage has been done the electrical components of my home! They have not answered a single call, text or email since September. So much for a BS and hassle free warranty.
Honestly, save yourself and pick a different company.

Had plywood and surface damage on a large 400 sq foot second story 29 year old walk deck/balcony. Pinnacle Roofing did an amazing job repairing existing plywood, adding a second layer of plywood and applying a four step Polycoat coating. The entire staff was helpful and in constant communication with me. I had twelve different companies come out over three months for estimates and was completely satisfied with my choice and the end results from Pinnacle.
