My roof looks SO AWESOME! I cant say enough about how much I love the work that was done. The entire crew was nice and polite. The entire crew was courteous to my elderly father which was VERY IMPORTANT to me and after every one left my satellite was no longer working which caused my dad severe anxiety and Sheldon came over, got on the roof and calibrated it with my older son so my dad could relax.
The office staff also was very kind, kept me updated on everything and was very professional! THANK YOU to every one at TSM Roofing for making this a great experiance.

Had an excellent experience with Capstone Roofing. I was referred to Capstone for work to my tile roof by a general contractor who felt my needs were beyond his scope of experience. I was looking for a company to come out and give my roof a once over, replace any cracked tiles, reset any slipped tiles, and redo all the deteriorated mortar packs as the various ridges. Their crew of three came out on time and got right to work. They did an excellent job of matching the existing tile color and were cleaned up after themselves well, taking care of small spots where mortar had fallen to the ground as they were redoing the mortar packs. The roof is about 20 years old and of the several companies I spoke with, Capstone was the ONLY one interested in helping me perform the needed maintenance to get the most remaining life from my existing roof. EVERY other company I quoted for the work saw 20 years old = you automatically need a new roof, here's a quote for $25 K. I have since referred Capstone to others I know who needed similar maintenance done, repairs after monsoon storms, etc with similar results. After many quotes this roofing company had the best price with quality material that fit our budget. There was zero pressure from the sales person to make a sale. Office staffs were amazing, professional and informative throughout the process. The installers were Outstanding, very knowledgable, professional and the job was completed with the time frame that I was promised. Made broken promises

In-Ex left our roof in terrible shape, exposing new holes and leaving it all open to the elements. In-Ex provided poor assessment and diagnosis of the problems and poor oversight of the actual work. The In-Ex contractor got nasty and offensive, but the AZ-Registrar of Contractors agreed with us about the poor quality of the workmanship. In-Ex did OK on a flat surface. We had to get another company to finish the more complex aspects of the original job and fix the In-Ex damage to the site of the original leaks.

I was very pleased with Overson Roofing!! Gilberto, their supervisor ,took pictures of the damaged tiles when he inspected my roof and showed them to me and explained what repairs needed to be done. Emily from Overson's office scheduled a repair date the next week and the repairs were done on schedule. Their price was fair and I was pleased that I chose Overson. I would highly recommend them.
