These guys damaged The drywall inside my house and I have still not heard back from them about fixing it. They were contracted by Tesla to do this. They also left tear down debris like roofing nails that my son could step on in my yard.

Came to my home once but didn't have a tall enough ladder to reach my 2nd Story roof. Said he would be back the next morning and nothing. I called several times and left voicemails. Looks like they don't need any more business. Do not care about their customers. Would never recommend their company to anyone. If your to booked at least let your customers know don't just go dark.

Value (best of 3 bids on job), Planning and Coordination were GREAT - using latest undercoating (PLATINUM - FT Synthetics) materials to ensure long lasting protection; followed through on all commitments. Spanish speaking crew was professional, capable & courteous. Project Manager (PM) visited site and inspected completed work as a means to Trust but Verify >:o) - The PM personally cleaned oil stains work truck left in driveway ! Great CUSTOMER SERVICE.

He is so kind and professional, and I trust and respect his judgment and work and business ethics so much that even after my roofing job was completed I have often checked with him when I needed to find another type of service professional (e.g., electrician, plumber), and he has been a wonderful source of referrals, all of whom have done amazing work and have been very kind and ethical, just like Jack. Augusto bid our roof. Price and warranty were both excellent. The roof was replaced and the mess cleaned up in a timely manner. Then it rained leaks everywhere. They repaired it. Then it rained again even more leaks and alot of interior damage. They fixed it again. Father was insisting that our parapet walls had cracks. The roof had no leaks prior to roof replacement by Centric. Then it rained again. They came out again. Again muttering about cracks. This time additional damage to our vaulted cedar ceilings. Augusto assured us that he would have someone out to repair them. Haven't been able to reach him by phone or text since. We hired someone to come repair the ceilings. We are going to assume that we don't actually have a warranty. We will be filing a complaint with the Registrar of Contractors.

Jake went above and beyond my expectations. He took pictures of my roof and explained what I was seeing. He also helped me locate a bank that would take my loan request - one that I could afford and then helped me answer their questions, took pictures of documents that they were requesting. I also have pictures of how my roof looks now and I am more than pleased.

We called to have our roof repaired after we discovered a leak. We were initially told someone would come out Friday. Then Friday turned into Sunday and from there we have not heard anything. Even after attempting to reach out to them for a third time we haven't heard back. Very unprofessional
