Very professional outfit with excellent responsiveness. Having being a general contractor in the past I understand how schedules change. They kept me informed and gave us their full attention when our turn came up. I had a struggle even getting quotes from other roofers. I would hire this company again in a second and highly recommend them.

Warranty Work..... Takes a lot of work to get a service call

I just needed to redo my original roll roofing over the back porch so they put foam on. They were very fast and efficient when they worked on it. They covered all my backyard furniture to protect it. They took pictures to show me how things were going so I didn't have to climb up myself.
When they came out originally for the inspection, they found some broken tiles and offered to replace them with some spares I had from when the house was built at no charge.

We hired Lyons Roofing last December to do some roof maintenance for us before we put our home up for sale. They gave us a great price, and got the work done right away. Their crew was on time, and did a great job. The house is now under contract, and the inspector for the buyers had some picky little things he noted on the inspection. Dustin, our salesman, came out and resolved all of the minor issues noted on the inspection - for free.

This is exactly how you treat customers. We are now customers for life, and we have told all of our friends and family about our experience with Lyons. Even our real estate agent has added them to his recommend list.

I was hesitant to ask for help for my roof. It's been a decade and since then, I have not done any maintenance for the roof thinking that it's gonna be costly for a repair . For the past few years, I have been experiencing leaks and a lot of debris from the roof and I have enough. This was a Fantastic experience from start to finish. We had several roofing companies come out to give us estimates and tried to talk us into their more expensive products and time frames were 9-12 weeks. We got in touch with Castiler Roofing and spoke with Alex who pulled satellite as we were on the phone and was able to look at our patio roof and give me a real time quote on the phone. He let me know they could have this done in one day and that it would be a week out and he would call me. He followed up with pictures of a similar home/job they did and called me the day he said he would to tell me that his guys would be out the next day. Yonathan and his crew showed up, got their materials, and got everything done. They were unbelievably professional and explained what they were doing, made recommendations for what really needed to be done and worked the entire day getting everything done. It was a GREAT job, exactly what we needed, and the guys cleaned everything before they left. Alex and Yonathan were both very knowledgeable, professional, and did exactly what they said they were going to do. They really listened to what I was asking them for and delivered. The next day after working with Alex was amazing getting our roof inspection report and invoices. I would recommend this company hands down and plan on working with them in the future.

I was very pleased with the tile roof work I had by Capstone Roofing. Workers were very professional. They worked hard and finished my tile roof area in half day. Mr. Jameson who is the owner makes every effort to please customers. Their price was higher than other estimate I had but Capstone is using good quality materials and they do not cutting corners.

There is good service, there is great service and then there is Tacheny Exterior service!! I worked for an employer whose main focus was client service for 10 years... so I know all about exceptional service. Unfortunately in this world client service is not a focus. That isn’t the case with Tacheny exteriors. They went above and beyond and I couldn’t be happier. Cheers to a dying breed!!

Had a complicated manufacturer warranty issue with GAF. Diversified helped document the problem and helped me obtain the funds for repair. Additionally, the repair was difficult (had to remove defective ice and water shield), but the company patiently worked through the issues and got the job done. I’m one-hundred percent satisfied with their work.

(To be clear, Diversified had nothing to do with initial roof installation).

Very poor customer service. They have a convoluted communication system in which they don't speak directly to you, but in circuitous methods. I agree with another review on here. I had no idea what or when they were doing work even though I was at home the whole time. The one time I tried to look outside I saw a propane tank roll off the roof into the pool. We are still trying to pay the bill. Warning: they charge extra to pay by credit card. We tried to mail a check but they have multiple addresses. Of course we sent it to the wrong one and now they expect us to send another check even though our first one disappeared. All of this could be made so much easier if they talked person-to-person, but they don't seem to do that! Very frustrated.
