I thought we had a septic tank for our sewer service, turns out we are on city sewer and sanitation. I called Sewer Time thinking we had a septic pipe leak but it was the main sewer pipe to the street. Dan at Sewer Time explained how my sewage and water system works and that they were a full licensed plumbing company and they dug up and replaced our sewer line. They did it fast and were very clean doing the work. I want to recommend these guys to everyone sewer system or septic system they do it all.

They did a great job at Hero. The guys working at my place were Jon, Israel, Memo, and Cesar. They all worked really hard and did great work. I like the fact that Hero tries to minimize the amount of demolition needed to replace a new sewer pipe. I’m so glad that they don’t trench the whole house. They were extremely quick and efficient, they were done in about 3 days for a replacement drain pipe and reconnecting everything. They are amazing and extremely helpful at Hero. Highly recommend.

Ralph and nuflow were awesome to work with. Although I ultimately didn’t end up using their services I wouldn’t hesitate to in the future. Ralph made it out to my house within a few days of my inquiry and did a very professional examination of the pipes I needed repaired. He put together a report and I had an estimate in two days. He was very responsive and easy to talk to. You can tell a company is great when they have great management and nuflow nailed it. Thanks again

Daniel, Mario, Jose, Rodger and Jordan or Jared were absolutely tremendous excellent professional and friendly workers. They did a great job and they cleaned up after themselves and they were very respectful to me. I couldn't have asked for better workers in and out of my house for the two weeks that they were working on my sewer system. I highly recommend this company!! I was in a pinch and needed someone out same day to pump a full tank. Sierra called the tech and was able to squeeze me in same day. Thank goodness! Sierra has been absolutely fantastic to work with!!! She's super responsive, answered all my questions and is very knowledgeable. She provided me with helpful updates on when the tech was going to be out. She's definitely a high quality employee. We called the day after Thanksgiving. We had a clogged main drain. One place we called didn't want to be bothered said they would have to charge extra for holiday weekend. So we called Mr Roofer and Rafael #245 was out in 15 minutes and within an hour the drain was cleared. He gave us alot of tips. Took his time explaining and showed us pictures of inside our drains. Very helpful and courteous. Got his business card cause we will definately call him again for any future problems and to tell our friends about.
