Best Home Build in Phoenix AZ

Had Renco come out and replace my foam roof. It had 3 layers they had to remove. One being gravel. Have to admit, I came home from work to a total mess!! But the crew did their best to clean up. Them the project manager, Adam came back and did the repairs. All in all, I'm pleased with the results. Renco may be more costly than the dude that drives by looking for roof repairs, but these guys really came thru! Thanks Adam!!

I have been very happy with KY-KO since I had them do my complete roof, shingles and flat, years ago. Since then, they have kept up with maintenance and thus extend the warranty along with it. I get the same people and they know the deal. Highly recommend.

Amazing service. Most well coordinated process I have seen. A series of little teams comes out, each to do their bit. Each is in and out of there in record time because they are focused on what they do. Each team does immaculate job of cleaning up. And the Project Manager is playing an active role in the flow and decisions and keeping me informed. I am SO impressed. After roof damage from monsoons, Brian came out right away to give me an estimate, then tarped the roof (during another rain storm). They were competitively price and quick to respond. My roof was completed from start to finish in two days. Fantastic job and clean up. Have already recommended them to neighbors.

After 3 wrong companies. I called Michael and he resolved my roofing problem easily. They were very punctual and efficient. Michael was also very easy to work with.

Geo Roofing responded to my request for an estimate of cost for roof repair, due to storm damage, in a timely manner. After accepting the bid , the repair was done well in an acceptable time frame. If I need roof repair in the future, Geo Roofing will be my first choice.

The crew was very clean and professional, kept my yard/pool super clean and picked up after themselves which I really appreciated! I ask them to kindly to be careful with a camera cable and they did not unplug, instead worked around it without damaging and I was very thankful for that.

The previous company must not have waited for our roof it to dry as their coating began to flake not long after they recoated it. Terrible! I guess they weren't crazy about quality that day.

Had another company (that had repaired our tile roof in our old home) come out to repair the parts that were peeling off. It turns out that they used the wrong material which had to be scrapped off before recoating.

Duraform was extremely thorough powerwashing, repairing and preparing our roof. And they waiting a good long time for the repairs and recent rain to dry out.

Roof looks great! I'm really happy with these guys.

A final word of advice. Get a flat roof specialist to repair and coat your flat roof.

Sean and his team at PCC Roofing were AWESOME!!! They replaced our entire roof in less than a week and did a fantastic job. 100% satisfied with every aspect of the job and felt it was a great value. My husband and I are 20+ years in the real estate profession, and I can tell you...good roofers are hard to find!!! I would 100% recommend PCC Roofing to all of our friends, family and clients.
