Everyone at Wyman Plumbing was so professional. Niki in the office is extremely nice and helpful. She took the time to listen and ask questions to ensure I got my questions answered and the information I needed. They scheduled an appointment promptly and kept me informed via text and email when the plumber was scheduled to arrive, job status updates and when the work was completed. They completed everything we requested and did excellent work. They were prompt, professional and provided good service. I would recommend Wyman Plumbing to anyone looking for a Plumber.

The technician did a great job installing my new unit which was under warranty. The charge for labor was outrageous as I could have bought a new one at home depot and had them install it for what I was charged just for labor. The plumber that initially installed the unit only charged me $100, so I was shocked when I was told what my bill was. The company did take off $200 after I called to complain, but I almost paid $500 for a switch out. I know plumbers are expensive, but that was ridiculous in my opinion. Giving 3 stars due to the cost.

We have used this company twice now in just over one year. The owner, Ron, is awesome! Ron cleared our clogged kitchen sink drain with ease and at no additional cost when other plumbers were going to charge us extra fees for having to go up on our roof. He came out again to clear a nasty sewer blockage. Both times he quoted us the price over the phone and was able to come to our house within 2 hours of our call. Ron does not try to sell extra services or service plans. He solves the problem and is on his way in no time. We couldn’t be more pleased with Ron and his swift, courteous, and professional service.

The underground waste plumbing in our townhouse was falling apart. I guess it was older ceramic pipes. In any case, we obtained estimates for repair/replacement from several companies. The typical company, tears up the floor to get at the pipes in order to replace them. I went on-line and found an alternative to tearing up the floors called Ne Flow. They came out and took a video like the others. Their process involves lining the old system with a bladder then filling up the area with a epoxy that forms a pipe when it sets. I called some other companies in Tuscon that did similar technique and they said it worked well. The price was similar to the other companies but we did not have to tear up and replace the floor covering which can be very expensive! We had them do the process and they sent a final video showing the result. it looks great and we don't have any more waste issues. The company was excellent in customer service and when they found the did not have to do a clean out of some pipes, we received a credit on the price! They did not have to even tell us about that as we had no idea what they were talking about. All I can say, is they were very honest and reputable. I would highly recommend Nu flow!

Water was leaking from an exterior pipe on the side of the house. Spoke with Kelly from Arizona Integrity Pluming and he knew exactly what the problem was over the phone. It was the irrigation pipe and even though we no longer used our irrigation system there was still pressure in the pipe. Kelly suggested that we turn off the water to that pipe and to use wd40 since it was rusted. We took Kelly's advice and presto the water leak stopped. Literally all we had to do was turn a handle and Kelly knew that. He is an honest man and he is the perfect example of why Arizona Integrity Pluming lives up to their name!

Professional and friendly from the office staff to the plumbers. They went above and beyond to find discontinued parts for our old out of date toilets and kept us informed every step of the way. In October 2020, I called Chas Robert’s to perform maintenance on my AC unit. They installed the system in my new build. When the Tech shows up he stated that with the Maintenance Plan I purchased that he/they would be doing a Heating Inspection and not the AC inspection. Technician stated they do AC inspection in April. Okay it’s April, I called to schedule maintenance and I am told that it would be September availability since they were booked up for maintenance till then. Plus I was told they started booking in February for maintenance inspection. She then finds an available appointment in August, after I complained that this entire maintenance plan was a SCAM. I question that if they are booked till September for maintenance what happens if I need AC repair. Then she states because I have the maintenance plan they would respond within 24 hours. So I paid $195 for a yearly maintenance plan to ensure a 24 hour waiting period for a breakdown/repair if needed. As I advise the Phone Rep if I could get a Technician to respond for maintenance before a breakdown it would be more advantageous to me the Customer. As I told the Rep I am keeping the appointment because I have already paid for the service. But “if” my AC requires any type of service before then Chas Roberts would not be the Service Provider that I would call. Also the Phone Rep states that the policy of booking start in February was on my Invoice, something I never received. Since all I received was a digital receipt of payment. Just say NO to their Maintenance Plan.

Phoenix Plumbing is awesome. Taking a cold shower is never fun. They were out the next day. My family was taking hot showers by lunch time. Great service. Also very Covid friendly which is very much appreciated. Thanks Phoenix Plumbing!

Omg THE BEST EVER. Had an issue with a hot water heater that Joe installed a couple of months ago called him this morning here he came running all the way to Wickenburg to resolve the problem. The issue had nothing to do with the time consuming job Joe did previously it was due to lack off attention from my EMPLOYEES. He's awesome resolved the issue and was more than fair with me. I love this hardworking family they are fair honest & DEPENDABLE. More than I can say about the rest of the plumbing companies around.
