Best Full Inspection in Phoenix AZ

My experience from beginning to end deserved 10 STARS, but you only show 5. I am more than pleased with the quality, the workmen, and especially Nelson the Superintendent. Thank You Allstate Roofing.

I contacted this company for a quote. Scheduled an appointment for 10:30am on a Wednesday. Joe contacted me on Tuesday at 5:00pm to confirm the appointment at said time. Come Wednesday at 9:23 am Joe calls telling me he can be at the property between 9:30 to 9:45 am because he is running early. My problem, I don't live at the property 2) I don't want the tenants disturbed. We confirmed the appointment at 10:30am for a reason the previous evening. When I showed up to the property by 10:00am, Joe is quick to tell me he kept knocking on the door to no avail, gave me a quick verbal plan for the roof, told me I would get a written quote and off he went.
Not sure this company is able to follow instructions. From my experience with Joe, I gather they do what is convenient for them no regard for detail. Not sure I will be doing business with this company based on my first impression.

Great company . All persons involved kept me updated throughout the entire process . Awesome crew . Cleanup was above and beyond expectations . If I could rate a company more than 5 stars , Stonecreek would get at least 10 .

We have had excellent service from Mikku & Sons Roofing twice. Three years ago we had a roof leak in our shop. I called Mikku and they came out that same day and made the repair (no more leaks). With this good service, there was no one else to call to give us a new flat roof on our house (roof over 20 years old). Our entire roof is covered with solar panels so it was considerably more effort for Dion and Mike to put down the new roof. We were kept up-to-date on the progress and the project was completed in a timely manner at a reasonable cost.

I must say since day one that i met these beautiful ,outgoing, very honest family business .I feel like they have become part of my family not only did I have the pleasure and honor to meet them for business relations but i feel as if I had known them forever, just the way they welcomed us was amazing. I initially dismissed Capstone judgment based on other company's incorrect assessment. I'm disappointed that the highly rated other contractor was wrong. He said that my leak was due to a small error and that he fixed it. But that was not the case as evidenced by current moisture and leaking. I'm glad that capstone roofing was honest and didn't try to give minimal/no treatment, possibly in pursuit of ranking and social media placement.

Scott Petersen went above and beyond to help me during my recent home buying process. I was in my inspection period and needed a roofer to come out and quote me on the job. He offered to take a look at my inspection report and provided me with a ballpark price via email. I am so thankful that he took the time to do this to give me additional insight. Other companies wanted to charge me to provide this information. Great customer service and I highly recommend this company!

I recently purchased a home, whose previous owner had a new roof put on by a different contractor only two years prior. During the purchase period, the home inspection determined that the chimney flashing was not sound and some moisture was entering the attic space. My attempts at having the original contractor correct the work in a timely manner was to no avail. I did some research and contacted Imperial. The owner was very responsive from the initial request for assistance. He came to the home to inspect the roof within one business day, and got his crew to replace the chimney flashing one day earlier than his initial promise.The owner and his entire team is diligent and responsive from the very beginning. I would certainly turn to this roofing company again and will recommend to friends and family.
