Customer service needs improvement. I was asking questions about my roof damage from the recent storms. The rep interrupts me and and asks me if I want to set up the inspection or not because she has other callers waiting. I decided to go with a different company that had time to answer my questions.

We received 6 company bids to do our roofing. We selected Brown Roofing based on their professionalism, reviews, and quality presented.
We were extremely pleased about the work that has been done. The entire job was completed on time in less than four days with a pleasant crew and boss oversight. I could find no problems at all with the work done and the cleanup each day was impeccable! They were punctual and responded politely and completely with questions posed to them. A great job and highly recommended!

In addition to numerous roof repairs, gutter installations, chimney repairs, etc, this is third roof replacement we have purchased in our home-owning lives. Great service, and prompt as can be! We needed our roof replaced after a few storms and overall just needed to be updated. A girl came out after hours to discuss the options. We even walked the neighborhood to compare how the shingles would look. The contract was short and simple and they really took care of everything with the insurance. The insurance initially only approved the front of the house but they worked out a deal to get it fully replaced. Once the check was issued they came by and followed up. I'm happy with the process and customer service I received.

I absolutely love Mikku and Sons! They are pro! Their assessments were very detailed and always suggest preventative maintenance so our roof will last for a long period of time. The team is very professional! And I commend them for the cleanliness of work on my roof. Seamless like nothing has ever been changed and repaired. I totally love their work!

We had some leaks to our patio cover that we had tried (and failed) at repairing ourselves. We reached out to Castile Roofing and Alex was very quick to respond and assist with a quote. Chris came and to inspect and do the repair and he was very nice and knowledgeable. Repair was done in a timely manner and well done.

Will use again for roofing needs.

My project manager was Kris Chavez. He first stopped by my house last year but it was just as I was headed back up north for the summer. I told him I would be back the first week in Nov. to my surprise he stopped by again in Nov !! While I was gone a storm I lost one of my ridge vents leaving a big hole in my roof. He went to the store a bought a tarp and covered it for me. Once I had my claim filed through Allstate he took care of everything from there. He was professional and polite. Very please with this company and would recommend them to anyone needing roof repair.

Mike Petersen was referred to me by my handyman to fix 3 slipped tiles on my roof for the sale of my home. Mike offered to come out at no charge and fix it for me, but he went above and beyond by checking my whole roof and fixing all the potential problems! Can’t thank him enough!!

I was very pleased with the tile roof work I had by Capstone Roofing. Workers were very professional. They worked hard and finished my tile roof area in half day. Mr. Jameson who is the owner makes every effort to please customers. Their price was higher than other estimate I had but Capstone is using good quality materials and they do not cutting corners.
I highly recommend them

Had some scheduling issues but Jim made things right. Work is to be done on Tuesday.

Update. Roof was repaired Tuesday. Workers were friendly and did a nice clean up which I wasn't expecting. No further leaks with the monsoon. I will use them again when I'm ready for the full roof underlayment replacement.

Update. Several hard storms later and no leaks. The work was good quality

Horrible customer service department. They are unorganized and unprofessional. They miss appointments and the techs don’t even catch it all. These are not professionals they are hiring bums out of desperation because that’s what they are “bums” they don’t do a job when they are sent to one.
Look elsewhere for professional work, mi neighbors just hired a roofing company and did a job well done. Will be going to them. Stay away from diversified!!! They are not qualified!

Called for a review of our roof due a leak. Calling to schedule was easy and Nathan was on time. Nathan was very nice but couldnt figure out where the leak was exactly. He had ideas but wanted his colleague Brandon to come take a look. He said he would call Brandon with our info to come out and look for a second opinion. Following day no calls. I text Nathan and he said he would follow up. Friday still no calls. Therefore I called the main office who took a message and said they would get back to me. Again no calls. The experience started off positive but ended poorly with lack of call backs or assistance. At this point can not recommend this company.

My patio roof was in bad shape and in real need of a do over. The tile area close to my fireplace chimney was loosening a bit and i was worried if i would see my roof leaking on a wet day. Durafoam sealed up my patio pretty well last year and i have not had any issues till now. Duane Forstie was my point of contact sales and he was prompt enough to come and inspect the roof 1 year later. I would recommend Durafoam to anybody looking to get their patio fixed and sealed for long term.

The best ever. Had a leak that was from the gable vent so I sent a text to Augusto at 8:25 PM and he responded at 8:30 PM.
They were at my home the next day by 9:00 AM the next day after driving 80 miles for them and repaired vent.
