Allstate roofing was amazing! Very professionals, the job was completed on schedule and the quality is top notch. I highly recommend. Our foreman Brad went above and beyond!

We had our roof repaired by RENCO Roofing. On 10 December, we noticed some water damage on our ceiling. On 16 December, Jari Marjanen, who was wonderful to work with, came an inspected our roof. He found the problem: the material used underneath the title roofing was faulty. He gave us a quote to fix the material.

The quote was the most reasonably priced out of the other quotes we had gotten. And the quote included fixing the entire roof section, not just the area around the material.

They came out on 23 December and fixed the roof. The crew was easy to work with and very clean.

I'd recommend considering RENCO Roofing, and I'll be keeping their information for the future.

I don't know that anyone wants to buy a new roof, but everyone will have to at some point. I'm so glad we went with Kyko. They were the most friendly and personable company to do business with, extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the process and did amazing work on the roof itself. Our family feels so comfortable knowing we have a well built roof over our heads.

Lyon Roofing was always responsive and did an excellent job repairing my roof. My job got postponed due to the rain, which was not Lyons' fault. After the updated timeline my project was completed in a timely manner. I would recommend Lyons Roofing.

Not knowing much about roofing, I was hesitant to get my roof inspected. I happened on Phoenix Roofing because of proximity to my house. Man, did I luck out. Very quick call back and estimate scheduling. Honest, up front quote from the owner (Jack). We ended up having far more damage than we thought. Very impressed from the beginning, during, and when they were done. They responded to our initial call very quickly and gave us a very fair estimate. The communication was excellent. They kept in contact as to what to expect, when they would start, during to see if we had any concerns, and after to follow up. They cleaned up after themselves each day. It only took them two days as they had five guys working each day. I have already given their name to a coworker. We will continue to recommend them highly.

An estimator was at my house within a day of my phone call. Brooks was very thorough and they started work within the week. The work was done quickly and completely. So far so good, no leaks.

The installers were very professional and did a great job. They also helped with the insurance company and getting a good quote when the insurance company was giving us a hassle.

Had plywood and surface damage on a large 400 sq foot second story 29 year old walk deck/balcony. Pinnacle Roofing did an amazing job repairing existing plywood, adding a second layer of plywood and applying a four step Polycoat coating. The entire staff was helpful and in constant communication with me. I had twelve different companies come out over three months for estimates and was completely satisfied with my choice and the end results from Pinnacle.

Travis and his team did a great job for me from start to finish.The crew were all so polite and worked tirelessly and efficiently. My roof is now amazing !!My yard was cleaned up like nothing ever happened .

Value (best of 3 bids on job), Planning and Coordination were GREAT - using latest undercoating (PLATINUM - FT Synthetics) materials to ensure long lasting protection; followed through on all commitments. Spanish speaking crew was professional, capable & courteous. Project Manager (PM) visited site and inspected completed work as a means to Trust but Verify >:o) - The PM personally cleaned oil stains work truck left in driveway ! Great CUSTOMER SERVICE.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR ROOFING PROJECT.
1. They told me they prided themselves on being on the job on time. I had another appointment the day my roof was scheduled to be installed and had to cancel my appointment because they were an hour and a half late.
2.. They left 2 large nails sticking up, on my front sidewalk. I went out to take my trash out and one of the nails went through my shoe. Luckily I did not puncture my foot. I have pictures to verify this.
3. They wanted a check first thing but I asked them if they would hold it for 3 days until I transferred the money into my bank account. They promised me over and over they would not cash it but they did. I was charged bank fees and it was a big hassle for me to get it straightened out.
4. I purchased the most expensive rubber roof system. They took the tile off of my patio roof and did not put it back on. Instead they installed some rolled shingle type material. The seams are not even so I texted Danny, the owner of the company 3 times (which he stated was the best way to get in touch with him), and did not hear back. The fourth time he responded. I complained to Danny that I was not happy with the way my patio roof looked. I don’t feel he has any customer service ethics and NO integrity. He said if they reinstalled the tile then the 20 year warranty would not be valid. He basically just argued with me.
5. Danny told me to wait a year for the shingle material to cure and after a year he would coat it with Elastomeric rood coating to make it look better.
**NOTE** He claimed that this would cost him $300.
6. I called him a week ago, Tuesday, February 26, 2019, and he chastised me and said; you have waited a whole year to call me back about this. That is when HE told me to call him back.
7. Then he said that the cost of coating my patio roof with elastomeric would cost him $80. So he wasn’t truthful with me a year ago when he complained that it would cost him $300. I don’t know about you but I don’t like dishonest people.

We called Overson Roofing after finding a watermark on our bedroom ceiling. They came out, gave a detailed estimate, (including photos so we knew what was wrong!), showed up when they said they would and completed repairs in promised time frame. We are extremely happy with this company and would use them again and also refer.
