Having a new roof installed is a major task & financial investment. For me, having trust & confidence in a company & its staff is a vital part of the decision-making process. I just had a new foam roof installed by Renco Roofing – my 1st experience with a foam roof/flat roof. Every step of the process was handled by the responsible Renco Roofing staff in a professional, knowledgeable & thorough manner to ensure that the installation was a high-quality job done reliably in a timely and efficient manner. All the staff had excellent communication skills – providing information, understanding, and responding to my concerns and questions.
Jeff the project manager made sure I understood what the current condition of my existing roof was, what specifically would be done to install a foam roof including rebuilding problematic scuppers, and what the various options were. He provided the diverse range of information clearly in a language I could understand with the detail I needed to make decisions that I was happy and confident about taking.
Chris who supervised the demolition/removal of the old roof and installed the new roof & 1st coating was exceptionally dedicated to ensuring that the work was done skillfully at a high level of quality by all the team workers. Chris kept me informed as the work progressed and even returned on the weekend to complete a small part of the work remaining to make sure that I was not concerned about it. The job process was efficient, careful, and respectful of my property - the surrounding area was cleaned thoroughly and all debris immediately removed. Dillion who did the 2nd and final coat answered my questions and informed me of the work when completed.
For quality control, Renco Roofing sends a separate staff member to inspect the job several weeks after completion – this step done by Flint gave me an extra level of confidence in the work.
At each step in the process – from the initial inspection of my existing roof and proposal for replacement thru the final quality control inspection – the Renco Roofing staff displayed their expertise in a knowledgeable and informative manner giving me the confidence that I have a professional high quality long-lasting new foam roof to protect my home. I look forward to having Renco Roofing rebuild my upper walk terrace later in the year – I am sure I will be just as happy with the work and end result.

Recently wind damaged our roof. Our roof has multi levels & damaged included only 1 pitch. We started our claim with ins & called Almeida Roofing. We had the pleasure of meeting the Almeida family previously & we were happy to have them give a quote. Not only was Almeida's quote less. It was thousands less. Our ins co decided our roof repair was worth &1029.00. After our $1000 deductible $29. Almeida called a week later to follow up. After they learned our story, they ordered our roof shingle, scheduled the work & repaired it for an unbelievable price. Hard to find quality in business these days... we found it at Almeida.

Chris and Alex were very responsive to our needs for a small roof repair. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of any work on the roof. Large or small.

I would like to take this moment to thank Brandon Brawley and his crew for the excellent job they did with the roofing of my house. They were very professional, prompt, honest and most of all the quote was very very reasonable. The quote came out to be about half the price other roofers quoted me. ****** In response to the comments by the roofer**** I have never wanted to sell my home. I was recommend by my good friend and Realtor to this company. Never assume that someone is selling their house.... we all know what they say about assuming. I was NEVER and WILL NEVER be selling this home. The owners comments are inaccurate. Second I have since filed an insurance claim and my insurance along with 3 other roofing companies have all told me my roof is in excellent condition and does not need a full replacement. Bonnie is just a bully. STAY FAR FAR AWAY. I was recommended this roofing company by my realtor. The owner was very nice he came out and looked at my roof. I was confident they could help me. He sent his team out, he did not come with and they proceeded to fix my roof. I was concerned as the wood on the interior is starting to rot from water damage. The kid who came out told me I should have it replaced but the owner assured me it didn't. A week later another good rain came through and my roof was still leaking significantly. I contacted the roofing company and they said they were coming out to fix it. I left work to wait for them and an hour after they said they were coming o got a call telling me they were just refunding me my money. I did receive a refund. They told me it was because I was unclear on what I wanted. As when I discussed the not fixed roof I had stated I was concerned that they were not able to fix it and I may need to call insurance due to the water damage. Would not recommend.

I'm very satisfied with the way that Stapleton Roofing addressed the replacement of my roof. They were very professional and very timely, even though my shingles had to be ordered. Even though they weren't the least expensive, the finished job was worth the money spent. I would highly recommend them.

Just had my shingle roof replaced and they did a fantastic job. Service was excellent, from the initial free estimate, they gave me an excellent price and finished my 2100 sq ft home in 3 days. They also made sure the site was nice and clean when they left and were very friendly. Couldn't recommend them enough!

We had a major leak in our flat top patio roof the end of 2019 and Travis and his team were able to get us taken care of with a brand new roof within 48 hours (during a major storm). We've since had the tiniest leak (not sure what is causing this) and Travis again responded immediately, was out within 24 hours added silicone paint to reseal any possible cracks underneath the sheeting. Travis and Tuner have been so helpful and so responsive even with follow up after the work was done. I highly recommend their services!
