Best Concrete/ Asphalt in Phoenix AZ

Dustin at TSM Roofing was excellent to work with! My roof leak occurred in Oct 2018 during some heavy rains. I called multiple companies but TSM was the only one to return my call. During this busy time they were able to come out that same week to provide and inspection and estimate. Dustin also placed some tar down to prevent in further leaks in the meantime prior to repair. The repair was only 2 short weeks after the estimate. Dustin and his team were professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend!

I just had my roof replaced and I am very happy with the work RENCO roofing performed. The process went very smoothly from initial inspection to completion of the work; the work crew, led by Polo, was very good and cleaned up each day prior to leaving my property. This is the second time I have used RENCO, and would not hesitate to use them again.

My only complaint with this company is that after sending them blueprints of two large projects I needed proposals of and after being told three times that they were interested and would get back to me, they never contacted me with a yes or a no? Would have been professional to at least tell me they were to busy.

Mikku & Sons recoated my flat roof a few months ago and did a fantastic job. They found hail damage on my roof and worked with my insurance company to cover for the damage. This family owned business is great to work with. Brothers Caleb, Devin and Joshua are professional, friendly, very knowledgeable with good customer service skills and excellent quality workmanship.

Love a roofing company? Yes, finally! William was on top of everything during the entire process. His quote addressed our actual issues and he didn't try and oversell the job. His crew was incredible, cleaned the job site thoroughly at completion and were very professional. They exceeded our expectations in every way. First I have to say its always a challenge to find a good, honest company and good pricing. After a few quotes from other companies and finally reaching out to Hardacker roofing I realized they are one of the good ones out there. They exceeded my expectations based on the quality of their work, price, follow up and scheduling to complete the job. They held to the price from their original estimate. I also understand that things could have come up during the new install that could have changed that but not in this case. They identified faulty work on the original install and put down a great new roof on my garage quickly and efficiently repairing only what was needed. They were polite and professional and even helped with a concern on another part of the roof which ended up being just a shifted tile and was quick to fix. The jobsite was cleaned up in the end like they were never there after leaving the house. Excellent roofing company to work with A+ Job location Waddell AZ.

Great, friendly professional service. They re-roofed my tile roof and back patio cover. They were able to save me a ton of money by reusing the majority of my old tiles then they matched in new tiles where needed. Everything under the tiles was all new materials. I had gotten a few other quotes from other roofers and they were so much more expensive and they didn't provide me with such a great cost saving solution. What a fabulous company.

They did a very good job fixing the issues. I would say please call and set up time to have these guys come out and help you with any roofing needs. Warranty is most import bec it after the work has been done. We have Roof Deck they do the work on. I will be using these guys again...

I was very pleased with the tile roof work I had by Capstone Roofing. Workers were very professional. They worked hard and finished my tile roof area in half day. Mr. Jameson who is the owner makes every effort to please customers. Their price was higher than other estimate I had but Capstone is using good quality materials and they do not cutting corners.
I highly recommend them

Not only did Sean have the patience with our decision on color picking of the tile he definitely took the time to send us multiple samples when it came down to our decision for the color of the tile we were undecisive when it came to it but he had the patience and the time to take out of his busy work schedule to send us options of what we were looking for so that we could actually have the right color for our house Sean was very understanding very flexible patient and very accommodatable I came down to a final decision Sean and his crew or very confident fast working clean and definitely will be spreading the word of mouth to friends and family and anyone we know when it comes down to having someone look for a roofer who is knowledgeable experienced dedicated and very accommodating and patient with the customers we appreciate all your work Sean and wish you and the SDC family all the best thanks again you guys were amazing!! Warning, they do not honor their warranty!!! I had three inspectors and two roofers write reports that my tiles were defective on my entire roof, this was discovered mid sale. I could not repair sections due to the severely brittle tile being all over the roof. One roofer took the tile in his hand and broke it in front of me like a kit kat. They said it’s from foot traffic and they don’t have to pay. I think I would know if a football team had practiced all over my roof. Completely unacceptable, by flaunting a lifetime warranty to me they are con artists. I will be sending a letter to my entire neighborhood to make sure they did not get scammed with these faulty tiles on their roof as well. Horrible customer service as well. They just ignore you. Don’t use them!!!

Had a fantastic experience with this company. Alan came to examine the roof and provided me with a repair quote. When I asked for a quote for the entire roof, he gave me a number but said the remaining areas would likely be fine for three to five years. His honesty was refreshing as most businesses would have gone for the higher priced service. His crew arrived on time daily, cleaned up the area daily, were professional, and finished earlier than expected. I have given their information to others who need repairs. Great small business!

Frans and his team did a very thorough and expert job. He even helped me find an HVAC (Comfort One) company on short notice as we had planned to replace our old rooftop package unit in conjunction with the roof work. They were also very fair about the cost. I would highly recommend them, especially if you have or plan to install a foam type roof.
