It is a very bad company, they have a bad reputation that their houses have lichen very soon, their workers do very bad jobs. I do not recommend it.

Ky-Ko replaced an old patio roof. The customer rep who came out to give the estimate was very nice, professional, and responsive to my follow-up questions. The work was done earlier than originally scheduled, and the job was completed in half-a-day. Everything was completely clean when they finished. Very happy with the job.

We recently purchased 2 new properties and both of the house roofing needed a replacement. Thankfully, Mikku and Sons were with our family who always took care of maintaining our roofs especially in our main house. We did not have any problems because their expertise is proven and tested. They gave accurate estimates for the service that they will conduct to our other properties and after all the installation of new roofing, me and my husband are fully satisfied with their great service. From the initial call to ask for an estimate to the end of the job, everything went smooth and easy. Matt came out within a day or two of my first phone call and did a complete roof inspection (provided photos of all the damage) and quickly identified where the origination of my roof leak started. He was very good about explaining the issue and already had a plan for the remedy.

He explained what he was going to do, how long it would take and how much it would cost. They kept their word at every turn and I am very happy with the job they did and how great they were about getting me on their schedule asap.

They did a complete asphalt roof replacement as contracted. I am very satisfied. The job was completed when they said. The team is a hard working group that produced a fine result. The clean up was complete and meticulous.

This guy should be locked up - repaired the roof of the home i am in for the previous owner. failed to put in a double sheath - he told the owner it had a double sheath. We bought the home -and it rained in Oct for a few days., water leaked into the home the exact placec that he said he did the repair.. Mark Dunn estimate to repair his mistake was for $5000. He would not fix what he messed up for less.
I found my old roofer in Scottsdale and he did nit for $550.

This company made replacing my roof easy, they took care of dealing with the insurance so I didn’t have to stress about it. If you’re thinking or calling someone for your roof, this is the company you want!

These guys were contracted by my home management company.
They were scheduled to show up anywhere from between 6:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. today they were a no-call no-show when we contacted our rental company to tell them that they were a no-call no-show All the sudden they tried to show up 9 hours later than they were supposed to then they hung up on us over the phone more than one time and proceeded to tell us we did not need to be home to show up here when we have small dogs do not recommend using this company at all.
