Harper's Roofing is GREAT company to do business with. They installed a whole new floor on our walkout balcony which had water damage. The crew did a wonderful job and were very professional, friendly and efficient. The whole staff went above and beyond with their customer service. We HIGHLY recommend them and will certainly use them again in the future!

Submitted a quote request online, and company responded quickly. Rep came out on time and provided quotes for different options. When we decided to have Harper perform repair, their crew showed up on time and presented themselves as professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and industrious workers. Job was finished on time and they cleaned everything up. We are confident that the repairs will prove effective. In other words, we do not expect to need to invoke the 2-year warranty!

I contacted a different roofing company to fix a leak in my roof above my garage. They said that they couldn't spot-fix that single leak and instead had to do the entire half of the house -- very expensive!

After doing an inspection, Harper's Roofing said that repairing the leak area would be no problem. Their crew came out as scheduled (exactly on time!) and completed the work in a single morning.

I would suggest that anyone needing roof repairs gets a quote from Harper's before making a decision.

Needed some roof repairs after a monsoon storm. It seemed we could not find anyone else to come out and there was another storm predicted for the weekend. Harper's Roofing was recommended by several friends and clients. After speaking with Tracye, she had her husband Chris visit us first thing the next morning. He had a crew out within an hour! Very professional, polite, did a great job with repairs and cleanup. They also wore Covid masks while speaking with me, very considerate! My mom had a roof leak and was really worried that it was going to be very, very expensive. Chris came out and inspected the roof and let my mom know that most of her roof was in great shape and a simple repair was all she needed. He also re-flashed the skylights to reduce the likelihood of future leaks. Everyone at Harper's Roofing was friendly; the crew was on time and cleaned up after themselves, leaving no sawdust or mess behind; and the job was reasonably priced. They did a great job, and I would hire them again!

Harper's Roofing is AWESOME! They recently replaced my shingle roof. It was very old and there were multiple problems that had to be addressed. They were very professional, paying great attention to detail and cleanliness. My roof was finished in half the time quoted. I was so happy with their work, I cried tears of joy! We were recommended to Harper's Roofing by a co-worker of mine. She had great things to say about the overall experience, price and costumer service. However, when my husband called Harper's Roofing this week for an estimate for our roof, he was greeted with an attitude and short responses. The lady that called him seemed annoyed and asked how he heard of them and he explained that we were a personal referral. The lady on the phone responded rudely and seemed to have an issue with the fact that they are located in Mesa and our home is located in the North Phoenix area. (Their website clearly says they serve the Phoenix area). She further stated that it would be at least 2 months before they could get someone out to do an estimate in our area because we live so far north. It came across that she didn't understand why if we live in the North Phoenix area that we would call a place located in Mesa.

Perhaps it's because I work in Mesa and my co-worker had a good experience with your company. Perhaps it's because we need an estimate for our roof and wanted to use a company that someone personally recommended. Perhaps it's because you had a 5 star rating on Google.

There are ways of nicely turning away a potential client. Maybe instead of being rude, you could have said, Unfortunately we just can't get someone out to your area for a while because we have a lot of repairs going on at the moment and because we are located in Mesa it might be best to find a closer roofing company to your area that can get you an appointment sooner. But we appreciate the referral and good luck to you.

Something along those lines would have been fine. I spoke to my co-worker who referred Harper's Roofing and she was shocked to hear that we were turned away so rudely, considering she spoke to the same lady multiple times while her roof was being repaired and said she was nice throughout the entire process. However, that's not the communication style we were given over a simple estimate.

Word of mouth travels fast when you have a good experience. But it travels even faster when it's bad.

The crew came out and repaired some rotting wood and a leak on the roof. They were prompt, friendly and worked quickly throughout the day to repair the roof. Overall very impressed with the level of service they provided. All the trash they created was cleaned up and they put everything back the way they found the yard. Great job!, thank you.

Harper's came to investigate a roof leak in our kitchen. They removed the shingles in the most likely area, where the back porch is tied in to the main roof, made a few minor repairs and essentially couldn't find the leak. Waited for a rain and the leak was back. They came back w/o charge, pulled up the rooftop A/C and siliconed the bolts and holes. That was it! 25-30 feet away and not in a direct line. Genius! They arrive when they are scheduled. Wish everyone did.
