Best Spray Foam Coating in Phoenix AZ

I just had my roof replaced and I am very happy with the work RENCO roofing performed. The process went very smoothly from initial inspection to completion of the work; the work crew, led by Polo, was very good and cleaned up each day prior to leaving my property. This is the second time I have used RENCO, and would not hesitate to use them again.

I called Ky-Ko to replace a couple corner tiles that broke and fell off the roof. I got a call from Ernie and scheduled a meeting. He was professional and thorough with his repair recommendations. I tried to get another estimate from 2 other contractors, but apparently they were too busy. I called Ernie back and accepted their proposal. About 2 weeks later the crew came and fixed my roof. I paid exactly what I was quoted and have not had any problems with my roof since then. I highly recommend Ky-Ko for anyone needing a roof repair or replacement.

As much as I want to give five (5) stars, not able to due to the lack of follow through

Actually, it started out as five (5) stars, only for the customer service to decline the second day into the project and for up to two (2) weeks afterwards.

Pros:
** Estimate was competitive, if not slightly below other quotes I had received
** First day of project, not only did they show up on time, they were early...this fact I was very helpful it would continue through the next day
** The first day the team was focus and getting it done

Cons:
** Even before the project started, I requested an call the day before because I have six (6) special needs (medical and behavioral) dogs, needed to plan a pet sitter...that call did not happen
** Second day, a gentleman came by driving the company truck to drop of replacement roof tiles. I asked when the team would arrive because if I could save money with the pet sitter, that would be great. He made a phone call and I was advised someone will call me shortly with an ETA..it was 7:00 AM at this point
** Second day, same gentleman I asked if there would be a roof inspection after the project was completely, not only did he say that there would be one, he shared what would occur. He even noted he saw a few items that needed to be addressed as he could see from the ground.
** Second day, four (4) hours later, the call never came, at this point it was 11 AM, I called the office and asked for an ETA. I was told to call another person, that person's VM stated he was on vacation, I called back to the office and it was stated I would receive a call within the hour
** Second day, a hour later, no call, I sent an email through their project management tool, that was answered, ninety (90) minutes later the team showed up to complete the job. At this point it was close to 2:00 PM, which meant I could have save a lot of money with the pet sitter
** Week after I sent an email through their portal asking if there would be a final inspection. Here was the response: Hi Kelly, Yes I will be stopping by beginning of next week.I will let you know what day before I come I responded back to let me know day and time so I could have the dogs secured
** Two weeks after above response, I sent a follow-up requesting when would the final inspection occur....never heard back

What started as wow, this is awesome, ended with disappointment due to lack of communication, follow-through, and I have to wonder based upon these gaps, what may be missing, other than what the gentleman pointed out on the second date, on my roof?

I called Jack to come out and take a look at our roof and he squeezed us in within the hour. He was very professional and helped us diagnose the issue and gave us a great estimate. Would defiantly work with this company again in the future if need be!

I was struggling to get a roof repair quote. One of the companies I spoke to was Multi-Pro represented by Kris Chavez. He inspected my roof and explained that replacement was my only option. He also advised me to make an insurance claim because the roof had extensive wind damage. I told Kris about a negative experience I’d had with a different roofing company and he assured me that it could be handled correctly. I was a bit anxious but Kris assured me he would be there every step of the way and I’m so glad I listened to him! He did exactly as he said he would from talking on the phone to my insurance company to meeting with the inspector. I really needed that support and I got it from Kris 200% worth. When it came time to do the job I was impressed how the man in charge of the install came to the door and let me know they were here. Kris also came by and covered what to expect. The material was delivered one day and the job was finished the next day. The work area was left very clean. Kris came back after it was completed and went back on the roof to follow up with a final inspection. Kris was kind enough to be available each time I reached out to him and even if he couldn’t speak right away he let me know when he would be available and got back to me when he said he would. All in all it was a great experience and I’m ready for next monsoon season with no worries of shingles flying off the roof as they had been. Many thanks and I’d be happy to give a referral in person any time.

Excellent and timely work.

Larry and his crew were here at the time they quoted me. They worked 8 hours a day for two days and finished my 2100 sq. ft. house in that short time. I like the way it looks, they were friendly and answered any questions I had. I would have this company and Larry's crew do work for me again if I need it.

I used Centrik a year ago for my casita with a unique tile roof. Augusto, said no problem and he did very timely, exactly how I asked and he had the best price! What can be better? Then we had a repair on our house (tile), and he came out and gave a fair quote and knocked it out beautifully within a week. This time I didn't even get another quote. I knew I was getting the best. Don't go with the big corporate folks; too expensive and you wait way too long. Stay local and go with Centrik.

Great job. They were very professional. I had 1 problem with the skylight seal. It was left off. The superintendent was quick to find the problem and ordered a new seal .
