Over the six years we have owned this home, Renco has met all our needs: foam recoating, skylights, reinstallation of underlayment and tile. We have high regard for the entire crew.

They sale you a Cadillac but you get a Chevy. Just don't expect a KyKo truck in your driveway... it looks to me like they just subcontract it out. I personally had a problem with a couple things and they did finally correct everything but I just expected way more from this company.

1 month later I had some issues with a rat coming into the roof vent and into my vent fan in the laundry room. Ky-Ko had their best man, Oscar, come out and take care of it. He found the roof flashing around the vent was not up to par and got it taken care of. He also went ahead and checked the other vents. I really appreciate their customer service who still believes the customer is always right!

I could have given them a 5 star rating but here is where they messed up: 1. they removed all the tiles and flashing very quickly but left all the vents open over night (maybe 2 nights). Could have just at least layed a tile over all open areas so that rats, birds, etc.. would not enter the roof. 2. just had the flat roof over my garage redone by another company but the workers thought this was where they should lay out all their tools, extra tile and take breaks. 3. the fllashing on the vents was not reconnected correctly (see above). Just glad we caught this early before I had a real roof rat problem.

They did a very good job. Roof looks great!

My only complaint with this company is that after sending them blueprints of two large projects I needed proposals of and after being told three times that they were interested and would get back to me, they never contacted me with a yes or a no? Would have been professional to at least tell me they were to busy.

We recently had damage due to strong straight line winds. We called them first thing in the morning and they were there and completely done by noon. Amazing!

In monsoon season 2017 , we had two crazy storms that gave us roof issues, but Star Roofing came out and fixed them right away each time. They also gave us some good recommendations and quotes on anything that could be a future issue and they fixed that also. I just really appreciate how professional and courteous their team was and I would recommend them to anyone!

Had an excellent experience with Capstone Roofing. I was referred to Capstone for work to my tile roof by a general contractor who felt my needs were beyond his scope of experience. I was looking for a company to come out and give my roof a once over, replace any cracked tiles, reset any slipped tiles, and redo all the deteriorated mortar packs as the various ridges. Their crew of three came out on time and got right to work. They did an excellent job of matching the existing tile color and were cleaned up after themselves well, taking care of small spots where mortar had fallen to the ground as they were redoing the mortar packs. The roof is about 20 years old and of the several companies I spoke with, Capstone was the ONLY one interested in helping me perform the needed maintenance to get the most remaining life from my existing roof. EVERY other company I quoted for the work saw 20 years old = you automatically need a new roof, here's a quote for $25 K. I have since referred Capstone to others I know who needed similar maintenance done, repairs after monsoon storms, etc with similar results. We had our roof completely redone by Diversified Roofing. We are so happy we chose this company. Completely organized and on top of things from beginning to end & throughout the whole process. Very fair price. They started within the time frame we were given & also completed within time frame given. Went above & beyond our expectations. Everyone involved was a pleasure to work with. They cleaned up everything so nicely when they were finished. Our roof looks absolutely GORGEOUS! Exceptional service & quality!

Travis and his team did an outstanding job recently removing all tiles, replacing all underpayment and flashing and placement of all tiles. Work was performed on time, on budget and was of great quality. Travis price was highly competitive as well. Highly recommend them.

There price was very fair and they did a really good job. They come back every year to check and repair if needed and that's included for 5 years.

Daryl was great to work with on getting our estimate and explaining all of the costs. There were no surprise hidden costs and he came well below other quotes. Johnny and Carlos were always on site and kept the project moving along. Our whole roof took only three days. They did a great clean up getting all the nails (we found only one), were very detail oriented, hard working even in the heat, very polite and provided high quality workmanship.

This company is now under new ownership. The previous owner Ruben was fantastic. Very responsive, quick turn around time, just overall a very well run company. The new ownership does not meet the same expectations. Called today for a roof leak, and told me they are booked 3 weeks out. Told them I am a frequent customer due to my investment properties...didn't matter. Looks like I need to find a new go to roofer.

Alan was very professional and easy to work with! We called to have our roof looked at since we had loose tiles with some not even attached correctly to the roof (our house is only 6 years old). He quickly came out and gave us a quote and had it done in a very reasonable amount of time.

I would recommend you have Alan come out and have a roof inspection done to make sure your roof will last for many years to come.
