I just used them for the third time. I had a small leak in my roof and the sales person came out to take a look. He said it was an easy fix and took care of it on the spot. The kicker? No charge. Try getting that service with any other roofing company! Lyons will always have my business.

The repairs estimate was in our budget from this roofing company. They assured me that even in my absence the work will be done properly. I had to go out for a meeting. I was relaxed as they were in touch with me all the time while I was away, on the repairs work.

BEWARE! We used Almeida for a tear off on our house in Mesa. We promptly sent our 50% deposit so they would start our project. From day 1 there was a lot of miscomunication. They forgot to install the fascia that we specifically asked for and also forgot to reconnect certain utilities such as our hot water heater exhaust, and other things. They sent an invoice out but the job was NOT done. We called to ask them and could not get a hold of anyone, no one ever called us back, then randomly one day another person was at our house finishing these items. There was no communication whatsoever. They don’t have control over their own jobs and have the worst service. When I got the final bill I noticed there was decking on it. Since I’m not a professional roofer I didn’t know what that is, I emailed to ask and the owner was extremely rude to me, I was so shocked that an owner of any company would talk to me that way. I then asked for photos, after viewing I promptly mailed my second check to pay the balance. They cashed our first check 2/8/22 and our 2nd on 4/5, it had to be mailed from a different state, they didn’t offer us another way to pay. The invoice was dated 2/17 however our roof was not finished until 3/28/22. On that day the owner emailed us stating things were done and to please remit payment. Just 2 days later they filed a 20 day lien notice. Then a couple weeks later I received a 2nd 20 day lien notice. Many weeks after we have been paid in full.
As I look at our communication the emails with my questions are the same day they filed this lien, truly the owner is being vengeful. She gave me grief about the payment taking about 5 days, but we live out of state and the only way to pay them is to send a check in the mail. My questions were valid and I didn’t deserve the rude replies, let alone a lien notice. I complained to the BBB, her response to the complaint was that I cannot read and was not involved in this project. I certainly can read and I've owned this home for 20 years, all checks were from me and I am certainly the customer.
This is unacceptable in so many ways, they should be ashamed. Sorry for the rant but people need to know this before working with them. Pay more and hire a company that values your business.

We moved into a new home and with the monsoon season hitting us this summer there was a leak in our roof. From the first conversation with this company I knew they were extremely knowledgeable and experienced. They came out that same day and took care of us at an affordable rate and they guarantee their work. Other roofing companies were going to have us wait a week out and with the storms rolling in that was unacceptable. I would highly recommend Castile Roofing and would have no problem calling them again should we need them!!

First I have to say its always a challenge to find a good, honest company and good pricing. After a few quotes from other companies and finally reaching out to Hardacker roofing I realized they are one of the good ones out there. They exceeded my expectations based on the quality of their work, price, follow up and scheduling to complete the job. They held to the price from their original estimate. I also understand that things could have come up during the new install that could have changed that but not in this case. They identified faulty work on the original install and put down a great new roof on my garage quickly and efficiently repairing only what was needed. They were polite and professional and even helped with a concern on another part of the roof which ended up being just a shifted tile and was quick to fix. If you are looking to have your roof serviced or, in my case, replaced then look no further than Stapleton Roofing. After interviewing 4 different roof contractors, I was blown away by what was offered from Stapleton. But before you pass judgement that I might not be qualified, here is my story.
Everyone in Phoenix remembers the hail storm of 2010 and the damage it left in its wake. We did the wrong thing and hired a company based on price alone - HUGE mistake. I had more leaks with that roof done by an inferior company.
Additionally, I have a neighbor with a birdseed block who feeds birds that like to roost on MY roof. Those birds poked holes throughout my roof, too. You can't pick your neighbors but you can pick roofing companies with solutions for the problems.
After 4 kitchen pans for drips, a huge hole in the ceiling in our master bedroom to a CRAZY leak and bird holes everywhere, I did the search.
It is rare to find good trades and even more rare to find ethical trades. Stapleton actually listened to my issues and did not give me a standard answer that the other roof contractors provided. And they did everything they said they would do.
I felt the contract was a good value but what I learned is you NEVER want to take shortcuts with a roof - I learned that the hard way.
In summary, Stapleton Roofing is awesome and you'll like the results.

*UPDATE 9/6/22*
Changed to 3 star. After speaking with the new customer service manager who reached out to us, they apologized for their previous response and sent out a team to do a thorough inspection of the roof and they will be sending a company out to fix the inside drywall damage.

*UPDATE 8/7/22* we are still dealing with the terrible workmanship of this company. In addition to the section that wasn’t sealed properly, there was another section that had a saw mark straight through the underlayment and into the wood. Hopefully, they’ll do the right thing and do a complete inspection to identify any other problem areas under the tiles.

Very disappointed in the responses I've gotten from their customer service. Diversified did the roof on my new build that was completed in 2018 and already in 2021 there is a leak due to a section of the roof not being sealed properly. First of all, to only respond that they will charge $95 to inspect and that I'm out of warranty and offer no other explanation when I submitted pictures to them is completely unprofessional. Second, since I had another LISCENSED company come out and do an estimate to repair their mistake, they say that even if I was under warranty, it would now be void. I will not be using this company again and will not refer anyone else to them either.

After a hail storm last spring I filed a claim with my home owner’s insurance. The adjuster came out, looked over my damage and said that they would be sending me a check. I had no idea what to do next. I called the owner of this company. He came to my house, looked over the damage, took plenty of pictures and said he would contact the insurance adjuster himself on my behalf if I didn’t mind. The next thing I knew was the insurance adjuster advised me that I would be receiving additional funds. He then called me wanting to know when I wanted the repairs done. From that point on I would receive a call from the project manager advising when each repair or replacement was to be done and everything was put back in better condition than it was before the storm.

An estimator was at my house within a day of my phone call. Brooks was very thorough and they started work within the week. The work was done quickly and completely. So far so good, no leaks.

After a recent heavy rainstorm, I discovered the need for immediate roof repair. I spoke with Turner Witt and found him to be very honest and forthcoming. I invited him to quote and I was pleasantly surprised to find that his quote was in the low to mid range, but more importantly his scope of work was well thought out and explained. During repairs, no detail was left undone and their cleanup after the job was complete left me with the satisfaction that I had made the right choice of contractor. Next Gen is the real deal! I highly recommend this roofing contractor.

Wow! What an absolutely amazing company that truly goes above and beyond for their community! There was a kitten stuck on a roof and after calling multiple rescues, the fire department, and even fire halls (we even attempted get the cat down but lacked equipment to do so), my friend and I started calling roofing companies. Ramon Lopez, the GM of this business, brought his personal truck, and helped get the kitten down from the roof. He absolutely refused to accept any form of payment so we are coming into here to say THANK YOUR RAMON. If he's this amazing for his community and puts this much effort into saving a kitten, I can only imagine how amazing he is at his job. Hire this company for any and all roofing needs because this man just showed how amazing they are!
