Best Metal Roofing in Phoenix AZ

Renco has repaired my roof twice and has repaired the roofs of friends and family. My favorite thing about them is that they are trustworthy.

In the past, I used KyKo to replace the roof on our old home and make repairs on our current home. They did a great job. However, during the last monsoon storm we lost several shingles off our roof. I contacted Kyko twice and was told someone would come out in a day or 2, only to have a no-show each time. Conversations with them sounded like they were just not interested in small jobs, only big money projects. Helping homeowners prevent major damage by offering to do small repairs is what leads to big jobs later. This is where they failed. With more monsoon storms on the way, I gave up on KyKo. I called another roofer this morning and they came out the same day and repaired my roof. They will be getting my business in the future, not KyKo.

It's been a little scary getting a roofing company that will do EXACTLY what they say they're going to do, and do it at a fair price. I finally found the right folks after 3 attempts with others. These people are solid, and you can trust them to do high quality work, on time.

I had many people stop by wanting to fix the roof it wasn't until Kris Chavez stopped by, for some reason I trusted him. He said insurance would pay for the roof and all I had to pay was the deductible minus $500 for putting the company sign in the yard and he would walk me through it. I believed him although my son didn't because he works for an insurance company. Everything Kris said was true and went accordingly. It was installed in a day and his team did such a good job and cleaned up perfectly.. I absolutely love it and Kris is great always got back to me. I would definitely will recommend Multi Pro Roof Solutions. Also thanks again Kris Chavez for making this such a great experience especially after how 2020 went.

Clyde showed up unannounced, looked at the roof and gave me a reasonable bid. The repair consisted of a one inch bed of black tar paste and a common two-by-six from Home Depot that didn’t match anything else on the house. The worker did not inform me that the job was done nor that he was leaving. I just get a call to pay. Horrible work and customer service just as bad. Had several other companies come out to give me quotes to repair the bad job that Hardacher did. They were all very surprised! Buyer beware! You get what you pay for sometimes.

My roof was not leaking but it was 24 years old. The thought of someday repainting high ceilings was not appealing so I had budgeted for a replacement. I got multiple estimates and checked out all contractors with Az. ROC. The five bids I received ranged from high to temptingly low. I wanted to save money and go cheap but didn't sleep well. After thorough consideration I picked the company with the best reputation -Stapleton Roofing. The job took about a week and went very smoothly. All Stapeton employees were helpful and highly professional . They demonstrated concern for me and my home and never took short cuts. Stapleton's bid was very competitive and honest. The crew's pride in their work was also evident, and they were a pleasure to have on site. The clean up at the end of each work day was immaculate. Geo roofers in Phoenix did a super job on roof!! The roof repair that they performed for me was outstanding. They quickly identified the problem and provided a detailed explanation of the repair process. The team worked tirelessly to complete the repair in a timely and efficient manner, and the end result was nothing short of excellent.

If this is a sign of things to come, I'll be back! And recommend as well. Capstone employee was on time...courteous..honest...and fixed a tile that had lifted for free. All within 15-20 minutes. Good job!
