We had Louis Jones come to our house to check out our water pressure. He was able to identify the problem, and get it fixed all in the same visit. He was very professional, and did a great job! He was also very nice! Would definitely recommend this company for service.

Omar showed up on time and was extremely professional. He identified my issues right away, explained my options, and had my breakers replaced in no time. I will definitely be using Absolute, and hopefully Omar, for any future electrical projects.

Jesse was very friendly and responsive to doing what we needed to have done. He accommodated the changes we made and was very patient.

Sonny came over to help me with 4 or 5 nagging plumbing and fixture issues. He is great. The bid was fair, the work was quality and he was able to squeeze in everything during a late afternoon. He was even a bit late to a personal appointment ensuring my list was taken care of. Sonny explained everything be was doing and why, I feel good about the work.

Sonny will be my first call the next time I need work. I have already plugged his number into my phone. I am sure I will use him again.

Joe was prompt,courteous, respectful and kept me informed of all work being done. We discussed pricing before he did any work. I am so grateful to have found Doctor Fix-It. I had a water heater, AC unit, furnace, and a new electrical box installed and everything is better and beyond expected. Roman, Eric, Randy, Richard, and crew were so helpful, knowledgeable, and made sure I had heat before they left for the evening since it was so cold that night. They were great in putting up with my curious fur baby and their COVID-19 precautions made this public health professional feel safe. I have been a service member at AAA Plumbing, Heating & Electric for a number of years. With that, I receive courtesy inspections of my electrical system, HVAC units, and plumbing. This year, Larry and Ben conducted the plumbing inspection. My house is about 20 years old and needed some plumbing replacements. Larry and Ben gave me a thorough list and explained my options. Because I have had good experiences with AAA in the past, it was easy for me to decide to have them replace sinks and toilets and fix my kitchen sink and main shower. They were diligent and timely in their work. Larry returned the following Friday to finish all the work. He and Ben were very respectful of my place. I've been very pleased with their work.
