Returning customer here! Heart installed AC at our previous home. There was some rescheduling, it was pushed to the weekend of our wedding and they brought us a wedding gift kindly. The checking in every season was quite convenient and appreciated.Now at our new home we needed the entire HVAC replaced. We called Heart without getting a second quote simply because we trusted their customer service and expertise. After an issue with asbestos, they were able to work with us to replace duct work and provide the original service for around the same price.My brother is a lifetime Marine so I love supporting Veteran owned businesses but ultimately their ability to work with their customers and provide support is the most valuable!They are experts in the HVAC field and we are glad to be two time customers!

First, I want to start by saying that Brothers was extremely fast and able to fix my furnace in a couple days. The HVAC technician that came out was on time, friendly, and a quick worker.However, just know with Brothers you are paying a huge markup for their ability to service promptly. I googled the part that they needed to replace on my furnace and it was in the $250-400 range. They charged almost 5times this amount (with labor included). The job took the technician less than 45 minutes. I had no choice as it was winter in CO and I have a newborn. I just felt taken advantage of. Their prices are marked up too high.

I finally found my go to electrician! We’ve been remodeling my son’s condo for several months now and have had multiple “so called” electricians trying to resolve problems created by the first shoddy contractors electrician. Jacob Herring literally came to the rescue. He listened carefully to the issues then diagnosed the problems and resolved each of them with skill and expertise I’ve not seen in a long time. He also uncovered an issue I didn’t even know I had until he showed me. He painstakingly worked to fix that problem as well. Because of his proficiency I signed up for their yearly maintenance plan and intend on using them for all electric, plumbing and HVAC needs at my home and son’s condo in the future. Thanks for showing someone still really cares about providing great service at a reasonable price!

The service Manager Michael did the right thing and made all this right today and I doubt if anyone will ever not wear a mask during this pandemic that works for this company....I cannot vouch for their work yet and they are now in the running for my business. First of all when the person arrived he did not have a mask he couldn't even find one in his truck luckily I had an extra one. Then he charges me $70 without even telling me there was a fee and wasn't even sure he could fix it he put the mask on backwards shame on this company.

We've done considerable electrical updating at our home and we were thankful to have a well-established company in Applewood's with excellent service people to do the work.

Justin (HVAC) was awesome! He took his time, explained everything well and was very courteous! Doug (plumber) did a great job as well. He thoroughly checked everything, explained what he found and was a really nice, friendly guy! I wish I could rate both of them higher. They were great!!

I had the pleasure of Cesar from Tipping Hat servicing our electrical needs. We had three concerns. Two he was able to fix faster than we expected, the third he was able to educate us on how power is routed through the house and that we didn’t need anything done for the third.
