Best Toilet Repair Service in Denver CO

I was very impressed by the reviews here, but unfortunately I never got to experience their actual work. I called on Friday afternoon to schedule an appointment for my air conditioning that had gone out. They couldn’t get me an appointment until Monday 12-6 so I took it. Around 5 I got a call they couldn’t make it until the next day 12-6 (Tuesday). I said okay that’s work, then Tuesday morning they said someone who could be out in 45 minutes. Since we weren’t planning on a Tuesdays visit to begin with, we had swimming lessons until noon. II said ’d like to keep my quoted time of 12-6. They said no problem, then again right near the end of my quoted timeframe on Tuesday they called to say they couldn’t come that day either and the appointment was Friday! A whole week from when I called. You’d think with them bumping me twice (it was around 100+ degrees every day), I’d be prioritized for an appointment but it wasn’t the case. I could’ve had the repair done already if I knew they’d continue not making it my home. I cancelled the appointment and got Balance Point Heating and Air Conditioning to come out the following day. They did a fantastic and thorough job and showed up midway through the quoted window!

Andrew was very knowledgeable and helpful during the whole thing. He even when to check out a few things for me just to make sure everything was good to go. Absolute Electrical Heating and Air came out straight away and fixed what I needed. I am going to stick with them whenever I have a problem with these types of things.

I booked an appointment with them 3 weeks in advance and then they called last minute asking me to reschedule because of an emergency. I reschedule for the following week and got a phone call again canceling because of an emergency. Very unreliable and unprofessional. Do not wait on them, use a different service.

Sonny arrived early and worked hard to get the job done in a quick fashion. He was very respectful and easy to work with. I recommend him for any job.

I wanted someone to check out my furnace. Mark explained what he saw very clearly--I learned a few new things about my furnace. He was very friendly and professional. I'll definitely continue to use Brothers.

After having my 40+ main sewer line cleaned, Jon came out and inspected the line to insure that there were no other problems. He discovered that there were some issues with the line and provided me multiple options to resolve these issues and provided visual proof of the issues. He took the time to cover every option and answered in detail all of me questions and there was never any pressure or aggressive sales tactics. I am a do it yourself type of guy and never call a service person to do work at my house. I am truly glad I called Dr Fix it for my plumbing problem this time. Jon provided me with both short term and long term options that I can decide on. My complete experience with Dr. Fix It has been pleasant, from the contact with the dispatcher to DJ clearing my drain to Jon providing options for a permanent solution for the sewer line issues. It is nice to know that there is a company out there that provides the professional, quality service, with the attention to customer service that they do! I am you newest customer and would highly recommend your service. Keep up the good work!

I would give 4.5 stars but apparently that's not an option. We had an electrician come out on Easter Sunday. He fixed our bad breakers. He was efficient and knowledable.

I had a great experience with Applewood Plumbing and Heating. Jacob came out and did a stellar job addressing my furnace problems, came up with several price points and possibilities just to prep me for the worst case scenario. He figured it out and helped resolve my furnace issues. He is a hard worker and very knowledgeable about what he is doing. Kudos! All is good on the hood.Check out Applewood and ask for Jacob.

Wonderful experience with these folks.Our plumber was Steven Goss and he was prompt, polite, and did a bang up job! He was even willing to come back later that day or the next day if we weren’t satisfied.We needed a water line installed for a new refrigerator and we paid far less than another top rated plumbing service quotes us for. Within 1.5 hours of Steven being at our house, not even knowing what we needed done, a new line was installed and the job was completed.Will be calling them again for any plumbing needs!

My experience with the Rejuvenation of my AC/ Furnace was great! Chris did a great job of informing of everything he was doing. The unfortunate issue came up when I needed to replace my furnace and ac unit. I got my estimate and it was reasonable at the time. I wanted to compare the estimate to other companies to make sure I make the best educated decision. The other tech said that his quote was the best and that if I didn’t decide to do it by a EOB with Tipping Hat that it would no longer be available. I’ve been calling to other companies and was surprised that I did get better quotes. It just felt like I was being pushed into something which I thought Tipping Hat prided themselves into not doing.

I am updating my original review. 1st one was a 1 star, now I am changing to a 5 star. Spoke with one of the higher ups today. He understood my concern and 1st words out of his mouth was we have some training to go over or something along those lines. The fact he realized there was a problem, agreed with Mr, and is retraining his staff so this doesn't happen again to someone else. That I'd what management should do. I really appreciate the professionalism by him, he showed he cared for us as clients and he showed he cared about his employees enough to retrain them vs, getting them in trouble. Wish more managers are like the gentleman I spoke with this morning. I will be using you guys again. Thank you for being honest and having integrity.

We have been using Golden West for a few years for HVAC and started using them recently for plumbing as well. We have been consistently satisfied with the service. We have had Ben for plumbing work and Jesse for HVAC and both are efficient, thorough and go above and beyond to ensure any problems are resolved and they’ve provided recommendations to keep systems running well and to prevent future issues. The technicians are always on time and easy to reach. I recommend Golden West for an honest, reliable and reasonably priced HVAC/plumbing provider.
