Company rep kept me updated on appointment times and modified schedule to accommodate another of my appointments. Kelly was
courteous, professional, skillful, and promptly accomplished the battery replacement in my smoke detector.

Wayne came and helped right after my outlets stopped working! He replaced it quickly and was able to get everything back up and running

We had a bad circuit in our home. Teon was on time as promised and did an excellent job diagnosing and correcting the situation. He even gave us some tips on how best to prevent and solve similar issues in the future. We had a great experience with Wire Nut and would not hesitate to use them again!

12/21 Ian was very professional, clean and friendly. The new hot water heater goes in tomorrow. They are jumping onit immediately after we have been without hot water since last Friday. Happy so far.12/22The Master Plumber Richard P came today bright and early despite the -14 degree temperature and 6 inches of snow! Very professional and very informative before, during and after the hot water heater installation. It was a major operation due to extra piping and valves and upgrades. My old heater was 23 years old. I am very happy with the service from Richard and his apprentice. They were nice gentlemen who took care of business. This place has gone downhill fast over the years. I initially gave 5 stars over 4 years ago. Now, I can barely give 1. The icing on the cake occurred last week. Sit down and hold on for this one folks:I was getting quotes for hanging a Nest camera and replacing an old hot water heater. Thinking I'd be around $4 grand for both, boy, I couldn't be more off the mark. The price for the hot water heater came in at over 12 grand. The light was priced at over 7 folks ... yes, thousand. When I asked why they were so high, they immediately explained that this price was discounted and that I could only go with this price if I hired both the electrician and plumber at the same time. Here's something I hope the owner or his/her representative do if they read this review. Teach your employees some ethics! Here's why ... when the electrician told me that the whole home surge protector I had was garbage, I told him That was interesting because you guys installed it last year!

Great experience with Greg Thompson. He was professional, knowledgeable and thorough and clearly communicated options to me. He was able to correctly identify a problem other companies had missed (not the issue he came to service) and fix it while making the repair he came for. Making money is one thing, screwing a Homeowner over is something else! You should be ashamed!! I will never recommend your company, and will speak up for all of my friends and neighbors to never contact you for any HVAC service!!!!

I called blue sky plumbing hoping to get an appointment for a leak shortly before 1 pm and they had someone at my door between 2 pm - 4 pm on the same day. Working with Matt was great, he was on time, professional, kind, etc. Matt also tackled a really tough job and ran to Home Depot and worked into the evening to make it work and ensure we had hot water. I am so appreciative of blue sky plumbing. They do great work and are super consistent.
