Some guy named Seneca came out and tried to charge me 932 dollars to replace an already existing light with a ceiling fan. To put in a “ceiling fan rated box” it was going to cost 362 dollars alone. A box costs 10 dollars at Lowe’s to give you an idea and is not a hard object to install. I wouldn’t trust this company at all and these reviews honestly seem fake because no one in their right mind would pay this much for simple tasks.

Scheduling was easy, but the company failed to keep their appointment time and notified me 45 minutes after their scheduled arrival time that they wouldn't be able to arrive until later in the day. Since mine was the first appointment of the day, this seems like the situation could have been easily avoided with a simple courtesy call that my technician had been re-routed to an emergency somewhere else.

I'll be going with another vendor who can either keep scheduled appointments, or provide customers the courtesy of a heads up when things have to change (which is understandable and part of the business).

Brothers plumbing and heating is amazing. Herb came out to inspect my furnace, he went over everything he found to be up to date. We went over pricing for a new unit and explained everything very well, straight forward and honestly. He was very professional, was very genuine and kind. I’ve never had a bad experience with brothers and will highly recommend them to everyone I know. Thank brothers !!!!!

We came home to the smell of natural gas and a house with a temperature of 52. Within an hour of placing a call we had a wonderful technician, Matt, out and he solved our broken ignightor. It took less than half an hour for him to do the work and we are so thankful!!

We had a sump pump issue and Sam from Applewood replaced it in shprt order, and left us happy and dry!!!

Called AAA Service for a gas leak in the crawl space and the furnace. AAA Service sent a Technician out to repair the leaks in a matter of minutes. Jimi Knight arrived and repaired the two leaks . Mr.Knight was very respectful and explained what he had done. I recommend AAA Service to family and friends if they need plumbing, heating or electrical work. Good job to the tech and AAA Service for their quick response.

Such a great team: Kyle Taylor, Remington Bailey, Landon McGill, Romeo Sandoval, Joe Eckert, and John Slobodzian made up the amazing team that came out to install a new furnace and central air unit. We spent the day together. I cannot express my gratefulness for this team. They worked so hard and was very kind and extremely professional. One of the young gentlemen had to work in our crawl space during a rain storm. There were no complaints the finished product is amazing and they cleaned everything up to the point it did not look anything was done. I recommend this team they really were great to work with. From start to finish my experience was great with Blue Sky. I called in on a Friday morning because my furnace wasn’t working. The emergency time slots were from 4-6pm & cost more than a regularly scheduled service call. I was placed in that que but the nice lady at dispatch called me back after I had scheduled & said that she had a cancellation for 1-3pm and the cost would be half of what she had originally quoted me because now it would be out of the emergency slots.The technician that came in was friendly & luckily it was a quick fix. I’m happy with the service I have gotten with Blue Sky. Last summer I had a new swamp cooler & furnace installed. I always feel confident that they do their best to accommodate me & their customer service is top of the line. I can always count on their team to provide the best service possible.

Very impressed with Golden West and the work of Anthony Garcia. Our Radiant heating system had failed leading into a cold weekend and Golden West found a way to fit us in on a Saturday and Anthony quickly diagnosed the problem and installed a replacement pump that afternoon. The was the most professional residential service experience I have had from Ally at their service center to the timely email updates on Anthony's ETA to the service and communication from Anthony whilst performing the repair. I have over 30 years of experience in the commercial and industrial HVAC sector and would have no hesitation in recommending this company and Anthony in particular for professional residential HVAC service and repair.
