He even offered to get the new tank. He was very clean the whole time could not even tell he was there. He even helped me with other little plumbing problems. Larry was sweet and I appreciate all his help. You have a great employee!

Complete scam! My furnace went out and I agreed to replace it. However, I was also billed for an air conditioner and it was also replaced without my knowledge. As soon as I realized, I called to complain and was informed that my air conditioner would not work with their furnace which is why they were replacing it but was not given this information before hand. The furnace is loud, even though I was told it would be quieter than my old furnace. It also does not heat as well as my old furnace, even though I was told it would heat better. The humidifier they installed makes a very loud squealing noise and when I complained I was told that was just the way it was. The air conditioner they installed was huge! Over double the size of my old one and far bigger than any in my townhome complex. It is so big that it is blocking the gate on my back patio and I cannot open it all the way. I called to complain and requested that they move it over so that I can open my gate. However, I was informed that it could not be moved over because it would block my electrical box and would fail the code inspection. They should have never installed an air conditioner that was so huge that it I cannot open my gate fully. Also, the new furnace is huge and I lost tons of storage space. In addition, once installed to the tune of 12 thousand dollars the thermostat was faulty and I had to wait 4 days for them to come back out to replace it. They also said in writing that they leave your house as they found it. However, they pulled up my metal gate from the ground to install the air conditioner and did not even attempt to put it back in the ground after asking me where I wanted it reinstalled. I have had other issues with them as well. The salesman acted nice in person but when contacted by the technician over the phone as he did not order the humidifier I was promised he was cussing up a storm despite the companies written promise that their employees be respectful and not swear. Terrible company!

Greg is a ROCKSTAR! 5 Star experience all around. I had a leak in my laundry room on the Sunday before Christmas. With it being so close to the holiday I figured I wouldn't be able to get in right away. The gentlemen on the phone was very nice and was able to get me scheduled at 8am the next morning which was great. Then I got a phone call from a friendly women a few hours later saying they had a cancellation and someone could be out right away. Greg showed up within 30 min and was hands down the best tradesmen we've encountered in a long time! We bought quite the lemon of a house and have nothing but issues so we've dealt with our fair share of service companies and Greg refreshed our faith in good, knowledgeable, friendly, and honest companies. He figured out the issue quickly which ended up being something minor and a fluke but ensured it wouldn't happen again. He also gave some great tips about other items in our home and looked over a few items I had questions on. He gave us a very fair quote on another item of work we had been wanting to address and we will 100% be hiring him for the job! I expected a huge bill for the call since it was same day and close to the holiday instead I was charged AAA extremely awesome service call fee only. AAA whatever you do don't ever loose Greg he is what great customer service is all about and is lacking so much these days and thank you for being a fair and honest company not looking to just get every penny out of its customers. You've gained a long time customer for sure!

Our water heater went out last night and we called Blue Sky around 8pm and got the after hours receptionist. She was so kind and put us on the next day emergency after hours appointment between 4-6pm. I received a text this morning at 6:30am saying they had a cancelation and could come between 8-10am. Matt Pray showed up right on time. He diagnosed the possible problem and had it fixed shortly after. He was extremely knowledgable, polite, and kind. If we ever have future plumbing problems, I will definitely call Blue Sky and would like to request Matt as our technician.
