However, Andrew rose to the challenge and figured out the solution. Andrew remained cheerful and professional throughout. He was easy to communicate with, professional, and very knowledgeable. We would highly recommend him!

We were in the process of selling our condo, the buyers wanted the heating and AC systems serviced. The HVAC company that came out to service them said we either needed to repair a “possible” leak for $3,000 or replace our AC for $7,500! I called Heart for a second opinion, Ben came, he was so nice and very professional. He told us there wasn’t any problem with the system. It was old yes, but it was still in fine working condition. And the warranty we bought the new homeowners would cover any near future problems. We were so grateful for Ben’s honesty! It’s hard to find companies like Heart, I’m so glad we did!

Had Brian come out and repair some old outlets and wiring, and he did a phenomenal job!. Very quick as well! Will be having him come out and install new light fixtures in our closet. 100% recommend!!

I’m really happy with the work done by MaxxTech. I live in an old house and had some concerns about overloaded circuits, outdated wiring, and wanted some outlets installed, as well. Zach arrived on time for the estimate (him and his crew were always punctual, which I appreciated) and had a quote ready for me later that day. I got a few quotes for the work, and MaxxTech’s quote was very fair. It was a day's work and I'm very happy with the outcome. I’ll definitely go to them for future projects.

Had a guy come out last year to check insulation on pipes and locate shutoff for me refused to go under trailer and looked then told me where shutoff was which it isn't then still charge me feel completely ripped off thankfully well insulated during freeze still don't know where shutoff is at. Wish I could remember his name.

Great experience overall. Mr. Sparky got a technician out to my house within two days of my phone call. Justin did a very thorough inspection and explained everything he was doing. He was personable and helpful.Only glitch was inconsistency about the pricing that was given to me by their call-center versus the actual charge. But everything worked out. I’d use them again, especially if Justin was going to be my technician.

Not a safe company. We purchased a Shea home 6.5 years ago. Courtesy did the electrical. Not only did they do a horrible, lazy job, but they created several safety issues. They mislabeled our breaker box. When I asked them to come label it appropriately so we can safely work on our house, the electrician said “that’s your job”. There are several switch boxes in our house that have multiple breakers running to them. This is incredibly unsafe. Thankfully we have enough knowledge of electrical to work around this incompetence. If you are looking to hire an electrician, I highly recommend looking elsewhere. It will save you multiple future headaches!
