Did a great job at managing my budget and understanding my needs. I had a simple outlet change on an old house - to get things to work correctly it would require a whole rewire which didn't make sense. THey knew that and were able to get things safe and didn't eat my budget up chasing ghosts trying to fix it. Appreciate that in a contractor.

B&W Electric was amazing to work with! Danielle was very responsive and courteous on the phone. The two gentleman that installed the new overhead fan in our bathroom were professional and explained everything to us. We even received a phone call to let us know when they would arrive. I would definitely recommend B&W Electric for home repairs.

We found this this company because of the Google reviews and were not disappointed. Fred and Justin did a phenomenal job of installing and recessing our 60 downstairs electric fireplace. We cant' be happier. It's hard to find companies that do such great work at a reasonable price.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! We couldn't have been more disappointed. When we first called to set up a time, I explained the issue with several gfi outlets that had suddenly stopped working. The gentleman said, no problem, I always have several in stock with me. When he showed up however, he had no notes of what the problem was and then said, I don't have any of those kind of outlets, I will have to go buy some and come back. A little concerning since we were being charged by the hour. I had to leave for work and so left my Mom to stay while he finished up. Everything seemed to be working when I got home, but the next day, the same thing had happened all over again. We called to let them know, and was asked what do you want us to do? So we set up another time to have someone come out. After leaving multiple messages with their answering service and no return phone calls, we finally got someone out to fix the problem. However, instead of tracking down what had gone wrong the first time, the tech changed the gfi outlets (in the bathroom) to regular outlets and left. We are leasing the house, so when I filled the owner in on what had taken place, he said he had been told that all new gfi outlets had been installed, which was untrue.

B&W did a great job installing an EV charger in in our garage, which involved trenching and laying underground wire from the house to the detached garage. Stephen and his assistant were very professional and polite. I highly recommend them.

B&W was fantastic. We just moved into a new home and needed some basic work done (a few receptacles changed to three prong, check out our electrical panel and label, etc.) Scheduling was incredibly easy. Our electrician (really wish I could remember his name but he was awesome!) was on time, called ahead, was extremely kind and friendly...overall an excellent experience. I will be recommending them to anyone who needs an electrician.

On 12/9 I scheduled an estimate to be performed on 12/17. I had hoped they could get someone out here sooner, but 8 days after the initial call was the first they could schedule. I explained the work I was hoping to have performed in my initial phone call so that they had a strong idea of what I was having estimated. The afternoon of the scheduled estimate, they rescheduled for 12/20, today. What was my goal? I have a detached garage that is already wired for electricity. I want to install a wall mounted garage heater so that I can work in their in the winter time. I found a very nice 240 amp heater that I am hoping to install. In fact, there was a miter saw left behind by the last owner. So I suspect the garage could handle the electricity, but I wanted to make sure.

The garage is literally probably 20-30 feet from the corner of my home that has the breaker box attached to the outsides of the house. The electrician that was sent to provide the estimate spent no more than, and I mean very seriously not one minute over, 5 mins looking at my garage and the breaker box. In reality, I think 5 minutes is extremely generous. After I explained what I was trying to do, the electrician balked, asked me how much I’m trying spend, and then left. He told me he was going to drum up the estimate in his truck, and he indicated he was going to email me the estimate before leaving my house. I even confirmed my email address with the electrician before we parted ways. I never received the estimate, but I did receive a text requesting this google review.

In short, it took B&W 11 days to visit my house for an estimate which required less than, literally less than, five minutes. As for the estimate, I didn’t actually receive one, probably because the electrician doesn’t want to do the job. I am uncertain if B&W is just too busy for residential work, but I struggle to understand why they would schedule an estimate if they don’t want to perform the work.

I called New Electric, a competitor just a few minutes down Hampden from B&W Electric, after the unsatisfactory experience with B&W around 4 p.m. this afternoon, and I was able to schedule an estimate for tomorrow, 12/21. New Electric’s office is also open 24hrs. Best of luck to those who read this. Finding a good electrician is proving to be a real challenge.

A friendly, informative and knowledgeable technician came to assist me when I could not get my refrigerator started from the breaker box. he was able to resolve the problem in refrigerator was running before he left. I was impressed that they had a live person answered the phone and were able to get someone to me within 24 hours. The technician gave me tips for potential renovations I'm considering and what is important related to the electric improvements that will be ahead. I highly recommend them! I had a great experience ~

I used B&W to install a 14-50 outlet for EV charging. Straightforward job, outlet was to be installed in garage on the other side of the wall the main panel is on.

They were listed (among several companies) on the Tesla website. I called their office, and they came out a day later to look and perform estimate in person. Their estimate was several hundred dollars less than two other companies I also called from the Tesla site. They were also much more responsive, and they scheduled my install only a week after the estimate, which is no small feat these days.

Stephen arrived on time and had the outlet installed within a couple of hours. He was great. Site looked very clean afterwards.

I would call them first next time, and recommend them highly.

Jarrod came out and gave us a very thorough and fair quote. Two days later he and his partner came out and worked for 10 hours in 90 degree weather to complete our job. I needed B&W to fix the wiring to a switch in one of my rental buildings. They showed up on time, same-day, and realized the problem was with the switch itself, and didn't even charge me a trip fee. What a great company - I'll be using them again for sure.

I had B&W come out to install a garage sub panel. They were quick to come out to provide a quote as well as the installation with a great price. Many electrical contractors seem to blow off small residential work to try and get the bigger jobs, but they came out quickly and did a great job. Would highly recommend.

I called multiple licensed electricians to electrical quotes that included power to a new hot tub along with a few miscellaneous items. They were by far the most professional, courteous, clean, detailed and friendly. I live in Highlands Ranch (Douglas County) and asked for certain HOA and county requirements along with needing to pull a permit. I had the miscellaneous items listed as line items in case I decided to omit or include the line in the overall work.
Of the multiple electricians I called, some gave me a verbal quote over the phone while some wouldn't even give me a quote because I had asked for an electrical permit. When I did receive the remaining quotes the pricing was all over the place.
After meeting the different electricians, reading there reviews and researching there business name I chose B & W Electric. There quote was fare, not too high and not the lowest, They were by far the most professional, courteous, clean, detailed and friendly. The owner spent the time to discuss his business model and how he takes pride in his company and invests training & uniforms for his employees.
B & W Electrical is who I referred to my daughter and son-in-law for electrical work and would recommend them to anyone else.
