Communication was great and professional but I thought 500 for an electrical outlet installation was high. Edited: I changed to a 3 because we were charged a monthly membership fee even tho my boyfriend told them we use another company for our heating and plumbing (Mighty Plumbing-who are great)

This could not have been a better experience. From setting up the appointment, their text communication, letting me know when the electrician (Jeremy) was on his way--everything was great. Jeremey was professional, easy going, knew what he was doing, and quick. He was awesome.

Technician did a great job. He took the time and attention needed to properly address the issue. Very happy with the service.

Sonny shows up on time and works hard. He did a great job for me installing cable in some very hard walls. I recommend him!

Andrew,Was genuinely nice to work with and answered all my questions. He checked the furnace and said my issue with the furnace blower not working is because the AC condenser had a lot of dirt a lint from trees and dirt outside. He cleaned the AC unit and checked to make sure everything was working. He did let me know what I can do in the future to prevent the AC unit from getting dirty. He said use fin soap and let it soak and then rinse it off and don't touch the fins they can be damaged easily.

Scott was amazing!! He quickly fixed our HVAC issue and helped me install a new thermostat. Would highly recommend this company and would love to work with Scott again.

We had a leak from our fridge that flooded into our basement and the valve wouldn’t turn off 100%. Chris Conley showed up the next morning. He was super polite, professional, personable and worked on the issue not just to put a band aid on it but to fix it completely. He even returned the next day to fix a calcium build up that decreased pressure in the sink. I would request him if ever needed again. And I would recommend him to anyone of my neighbors or family.
