Will never use this company for a purchase and install again. $11,000 for an A/C unit poorly installed. Will only allow them to check A/C during warranty period.Had a new A/C unit installed last August, 8/22, and it is already low on freon, which means Absolute did not charge it properly during install and then there was this last year, first issue was poor installation and had to have them come back to work on how the air filter was held in place. Air filter placement is still a problem, I am 65, and have to get down on my hands and knees, to make sure the filter is in place, due to the poor install from this company. Previous filter, I opened a small door and slid out the old furnace filter and slid in the new, not anymore with Absolute installation, have to get on the floor on hands and knees, use head lamp to see into duct, and then push the filter into place to make sure it is sealed.On Tuesday, 4/11/23, had the first check up, since install, on the $11,000 A/C unit and find out it is already low on freon, which was the same problem as the last A/C unit that was replaced. Obviously not charged correctly to begin with or is it leaking?Very disappointed, beware before you use this company and make sure you get several quotes from others, Absolute is very expensive with poor installation. They also spend more time trying to find something wrong with the HVAC system to send you quotes, then make sure the system actually works. The quotes are not itemized, just a number, so you do not know what you pay for the part or labor. Use someone else, save yourself the hassle and disappointment.

Just moving to Denver I had no references of handy men. I googled Handy Men Denver and I was lucky enough to find Sonny. I had items to assemble from IKEA of which if you know is no small job... very tedious. The first handy man I called hung up on me when I said I had IKEA products.
I left a message for Sonny and he called back with in 5 mins. He was polite flexible and on time for our scheduled appointment.
Sonny did a great job on all the items and delivered them on time with a smile and a great attiude. Hi would highly recommend Sonny!!!

We had their technicians come out to give us and estimate to replace a toilet and they were great. Unfortunately the scheduling team cancelled on us twice afterwards even after we explained we had guests coming in and needed help immediately. We even signed a contract for the work and they still cancelled on us. Not professional. Unfortunate.

What a great experience - I had called other plumbers and not one had called me back. In this case, I contacted them Sunday night and heard back first thing Monday morning, and the problem was fixed the same day! The technician Russ was very helpful, knowledgeable and nice. I would definitely recommend these guys again! Whew - what a relief!

Great work! Great team! Far better work and for a far better price than most for anything plumbing or electrical. Will re-hire for more work in the future.

This was a simple valve repair but we were impressed by Larry who scored on all points and easily showed us AAA is a good company for plumbing, HVAC and electric. We have searched for such a place where we could instantly call for a problem, no more searching on which service did we use last, no we need someone different etc.

Dalton McCune did an amazing job he fixed are pipe that was leaking water and fixed it within an hour. He was very friendly and very honest. Definitely would recommend to anyone with plumbing issues. Sage Valley very much appreciates him.

I have used their services several times for both large and small projects. They are dependable, reliable and professional, high quality plumbers. They may or may not be the cheapest but you definitely get what you pay for. A high quality finished project done in a timely, efficient and professional manner. I have never felt overcharged when the work was complete and was always pleased with the finished product. They are the best in the business for my area in Evergreen. I will be using their services in the future whenever I have a plumbing project.

I gave the one star for the ONE employee there who actually knows how to treat customers. With the climate we are currently living in, suddenly there are people that think it's okay to speak rudely to paying customers. We used Golden West for the first time about a year ago to winterize/repair our swamp cooler. Somehow, an attachment to our hose came up missing, but the service was good so we didn't worry too much about it. This summer we started having problems with the unit blowing warm air, and after a $160 visit we seemed to be back in business. However, about a week after that repair, the issue started again. We put in a call, made two appointments that were subsequently cancelled due to weather, with no return call from them to reschedule. When we finally got someone out, we were told we'd need a new pump, and quoted a price of $400.00 When my husband called to set that up he got Jason on the phone who scoffed at the price we were given, and proceeded to double that price, and say call the other guy then, because I'm not doing it for that price. Horrible. Hopefully Jason is the owner, and can make decisions about what they will and will not do. If so, maybe he should discuss pricing with his employees, so that customers aren't quoted a price that's incorrect. When my husband told him he could buy a new unit for that price, Jason told him to go ahead, it's gonna run you out about $4k. Which is BS. If you want prompt, courteous, actual customer service, choose someone else. These guys are not professionals. Not by a long shot.
