Our AC went out in the middle of a heat wave and the dispatch center was able to get someone out ASAP. Chris was great, he spent a few hours assessing the situation and eliminating the possibilities of what it could be. He told us his coworker was going to come out early the following morning and finish up. Trey came the following morning and walked us through the problem and it was fixed and up and running within the hour. The service this company does is amazing and their staff is super friendly and helpful.

So at the recommendation of A neighbor, I called Absolute Heating & Electrical, and these guys were amazing. Isaac Jonsgaard came out first and said he thought it looked more like an electrical problem and sent out their Electrician, Seneca Trujillo. After replacing the circuit breaker in the basement and repairing some wiring at the outside A/C unit, we are back in business! $212! All on a Saturday and at the PEAK Covid-19 crisis! I won’t forget that part!!!It may not be the permanent fix but WAY better than dropping a huge amount of money on a new compressor as the first company wanted to do.These will be my go-to guys in the future for any Heating, A/C or Electrical work.Very, very well done Isaac Jonsgaard & Seneca Trujillo!

Sonny came over to help me with 4 or 5 nagging plumbing and fixture issues. He is great. The bid was fair, the work was quality and he was able to squeeze in everything during a late afternoon. He was even a bit late to a personal appointment ensuring my list was taken care of. Sonny explained everything be was doing and why, I feel good about the work.

Sonny will be my first call the next time I need work. I have already plugged his number into my phone. I am sure I will use him again.

Just had a full HVAC System installed (Furnace and AC) and cannot say enough great things about my installer Robert and his teammate Austin. He handled all surprises with ease, took the time to explain everything to me and worked very hard to meet my time frame requirements. Jim Anderson, my AAA plumber, was PHENOMENAL!!!I called in distress, the appointment setter was so nice and assured me I'd have help within the hour, and did. Before he arrived I got a text message with a picture and information about who would be coming to my home and a confirmation email of the appointment as well. Jim took his time to do the job right, not just fix the problem, and made some great suggestions and didn't rush through the process of explaining to me the system and how it was being impacted so I could feel confident in the diagnosis and game plan.
