He was knowledgeable, prompt and honest. I really appreciated the time he spent to explain the heating system that we have, and his honest opinion about the upgrades we should consider to make it better.Heart is our new GO-TO company for all of our heating and cooling needs!

This company is AWESOME! Great service and quick to respond. Today, we had an issue that needed an electrician. I called and spoke to a really nice lady on the phone who sent one of her colleagues out to my house a few hours later. They don't charge a truck fee for the call or to look at the problem. Berke came to our place and he was terrific! He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He took so much time to explain the situation before we even discussed the type of repair we wanted to do and how much it would cost. We moved forward with the repair after Berke's diagnosis and he did an incredible job. You can really tell the quality workmanship and time put into the effort. Usually when we call them we are having a bad day but they show up and do such a great job it makes it not feel so bad! Major kudos to Blue Sky Plumbing and especially my tech Daniel Downing! During the major rain storm in May 2023 our sump pump stopped working and we ended up with substantial flooding in our basement. I was working for hours during the worst of the storm, into the late evening with a shop vac just to keep up with the inflow of water. The next morning I called Blue Sky Plumbing & Heating to see if they could help. Amazingly, they got me on their schedule and Daniel showed up within a very short time to help us. He removed the old sump pump, installed a new pump that was custom fit to our space, tested the pump for proper functioning and cleaned up in roughly an hour. Daniel was very professional and knowledgeable about what he was doing. It is times like these that you really want someone who knows what they are doing to help you. First if all, when I called in a panic because my A/C wasn't working and I was concerned about the cost the woman who answered the phone was genuinely caring and made me feel valued instead of other company's I have talked to who have seemed to not care about anything but the money. She reassured me that they would get the right technician out to my home to fix it as soon as they could and they sure did! They sent Carlos G who was so kind and polite! He came out to my house to fix my air conditioner and was knowledgeable and considerate. He worked with me as a single mom and helped me figure out financing options for my A/C so it didn't have to be such a big burden. He gave me several different options and explained each one in detail. He made feel comfortable making such a big purchase. I would definitely recommend Golden West for ANY repairs necessary!
