We've just wrapped up four days of service with the folks at Heart, and wow - we have just been uniformly impressed by the entire team! I'm worried now that I won't remember everyone - as there were lots of people here at our home, sometimes three or four vans full. We had decided a while back to take advantage of President Biden's Inflation Reduction Act and do our part in bettering the climate for our grandchildren and beyond. To that end, Cody visited with us initially - laying out options for a heat pump install. That conversation gave us such confidence that we decided to cancel two other estimates and get started with Heart. Our initial project quickly evolved into a much bigger electrification project - led by the intrepid Corey and Ethan - including upgrading our 150 amp box to 200 amps, making our hot tub connection safe, completely re-wiring every outlet in our home with tamper-proof receptacles, and installing an EV charger in our garage for the day when we can buy an electric vehicle of some kind. Steve and others helped to modify our ductwork in the furnace room, allowing us to keep our high-efficiency furnace but installing a Bosch inverter and heat pump. We are total fans of Heart now. The notion that we are members of a larger family that really does care about quality, integrity and hard work is important to us - and Heart delivers. If we could change one thing about our experience, it would have been that there would have been more consistency in terms of the work crew. Some of the guys were there throughout or close to it - and mentioned already - but because our project took longer than projected, there were new faces a few of the days, and we hoped that the communication from one crew to the next was sound. Nothing about the experience made us doubt that - it was just something that concerned us initially. We have a number of future projects ahead of us - install a heat pump water heater, for instance - and we'll call Heart and no one else. The membership services that were part of our deal were second to none - and will help this DIY wannabe to feel like people with way more skills and experience have our backs when we're out of our league. Lastly - we really appreciate the sustainability focus of Heart's finance partner, Good Leap. Anyway - it's important to us that we recognize by name the team of folks that did such an incredible job - and I'll return to this post tomorrow after I've called the office for the list of folks to thank publicly. Had an excellent experience overall. I worked with Ryan who did an impressively quick assessment of the problem (after I struggled for hours) and rapidly resolved this. Very professional, easy to work with, and knowledgeable. Presented me with understandable options for repair.Cost was much better than I was expecting and they had an individual on site within a few hours from the time I called them.

A big thank you to Michael for explaining the options on for switching out our 20-some year old light switches and what will happen next and the timing.

Expensive! Had the service recently and it was a good job but I can't say for the cost. It was $399 to replace the bathtub's diverter and spout (OEM). Plus the visit fee was $69.

Brian with Doctor fix did an excellent job fixing my plumbing matter. This is the second time I had Doctor fix it fix a repair that needed to be done. The work is professional and prices are fare and the technicians do good work I would recommend this company over any other plumbing, heating and electrical company.

Josh Z. at Applewood was fantastic - he was on time, courteous, knowledgeable, helpful, and respectful. He knows what he's doing and put a lot of effort into helping us with our electrical challenges. In addition to being amazing at his job, he was responsive with some additional requests I had. Our home has some unique situations present and Josh was very accommodating, understanding, and above all else respectful. Having service professionals in our home can be challenging for some, but when folks like Josh are helping we all feel safe and I appreciate that about him! The job was well done and I'm grateful to be back up and running.

Dustin was our technician today. He was informative, explained what he found, and was very clear about charges and alternatives. He didn't cut corners and made sure the job was truly done-and done right. I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation! The company provides updates on arrival time that include the tech's photo-great security! A great experience all around.

Josh identified a problem with the high water pressure likely causing an issue with the water heater. He recommended a new pressure regulation valve on the main line and quickly installed it. He was very good at explaining everything.

This man I think his name was Dominic came over to work on my toilet lines and he smelt so bad of weed, left my entire place smelling like pot. Bummer.

Brendan did a top notch job! He diagnosed and repaired the furnace issue during the service visit to my rental home in Arvada on a Friday before a cold weekend. I know I got lucky and that's not always possible but I appreciated it.He also helped my renter to show her how to use the thermostat and replaced the battery.The price was high BUT I know how hard it is to find people who know what they're doing and can fix the issue the FIRST TIME. Especially on a Friday before a cold weekend when I have renters with a young baby.Brendan worked hard to sell me the job and also the annual membership for maintenance and pricing. I know he probably has to sell the repair and the program every time and not many people will pay for it and I know how hard it is to do sales at the same time have the technical skills.I respect his hard work and capability so I paid a premium price for the job and signed up for the annual program as well. Sometimes with service contractors, I pay them to come out multiple times or I have to get different people and pay them for each visit. So I am happy to have a company that can solve my furnace issues and also plumbing and electrical issues. All the other contractors are so expensive as well and at least Brendan worked hard to prove to me that he was knowledgeable and it meant a lot to get the work done on such short notice!
