Best Sewer Main Installation in Denver CO

I will keep this brief as my BBB review spoke volumes to my credit card company who was able to reverse the obvious overcharge. I attempted to speak to the company and had conversations with at least 5 employees, and have emails also. Rather than the company own up to a simple mistake, they double downed and lost a customer, a referral, and my money. Because of the refusal to provide a fair and honest price for the work that was completed, I received a full refund. I hope this helps others proceed with caution.Update: My name is not the one mentioned. My claim to BBB still remains (4/1/22). I also recovered all my money due to your lack of communication. Maybe you have changed things in a year and a half. Based off of your response, I am not willing to chance that again. Never got a receipt for the work. We have multiple emails to company provided addresses with no response. Nicely worded, stronger worded. Nary a bad word. But no receipt and no follow up. We were quoted to remodel 3 outlets. The work actually turned into 2 outlets. The tech made it seem that the remodel designation was for the work he would need to do ( from memory now, as I have no receipt but tech said he needed to pull wires drywall cutting, box swap out possible, moving outlet location and all he ended up needing to do was shorten existing wires, replace plugs and replace existing box to 2, and we did not move any to a new location). No remodel work, we completed all demo needed. The third was phantom and we told the tech to leave it an empty hole, my wife and I replaced and patched later. Quoted price of $825 still charged.You airing out the private issue you have with a non-paying customer you claimed you hated to do makes it much more obvious I made the right decision in getting all $825 I stupidly paid for a simple service. I was also contacted by your company and given the run around so long that the bank refunded me.

Your employees have been professional, courteous, kind, helpful and willing to take the time to explain things to me. They arrive at my home on time, and the service has been outstanding. Jared called ahead of time to tell us when he would arrive. He wore his yellow booties , checked to see what the problem was, and completed the work according. He was very professional in all that he did. I had asked for him and am glad that he was available to help us with our problem to a successful conclusion.

My husband called Brothers to get our laundry room drain looked at. Conner showed up on time and did an amazing job. He talked my husband through everything he was doing, and told him what to do to improve our drain problem to keep us from having problems in the future. He was polite and worked fast. We would recommend them, and will be using them again in the future if we ever need them.

We came home to the smell of natural gas and a house with a temperature of 52. Within an hour of placing a call we had a wonderful technician, Matt, out and he solved our broken ignightor. It took less than half an hour for him to do the work and we are so thankful!!

I have used Applewood Plumbing for several years. Josh came to do yearly maintenance on my furnace. I knew my furnace was getting old. When i asked about getting it replaced, he was very professional and told me the pro and cons of replacing it. I agreed it was time for a new furnace. He scheduled time to get my replacement. With the team of Josh, Jose and Mike the installation was done without a hitch. Representatives like Josh is why I will always use Applewood Plumbing.

My mom called Tipping Hat earlier today and they sent someone out right away to fix a space heater she had in a back room. Unfortunately she can’t remember the techs name because I’d love for y’all to know who he is, he is a wonderful man! He came into the house went back to the heater, thanked my mom for still having the owners manual for the heater, he then cleaned it up and changed the filter all at no charge! My mom is 89 with early stages of dementia on a fixed income and this guardian Angel from Tipping Hat totally made her day and mine. I can’t thank you enough for sending such a wonderful repair tech to assist my mom! You’re lucky to have such a great employee. I highly recommend using this company for your needed services. Heath, Eli and Chris were exceptional. I work with many contractors on a daily basis, and these guys did all of the right things. Fair priced, did exactly what I initially asked of them, professional and friendly. Great craftsmanship and were careful to clean up along the way. Anthony was very professional. We have an old boiler system that was leaking with no visible signs of where the water was going (challenging). Anthony analyzed the situation, found the leak and did a great job fixing it.We are very happy with his service and with Golden West Plumbing. We would definitely use them again.
