We found Heart Heating and Cooling by chance (or was it!?!) and have been thrilled with their service, expertise, and attention to detail. Steven Roos is truly a craftsman and his installation of our new ductless split air unit was perfect. He was a pleasure to have in our home and we would trust any of our needs to him and Heart again - and will be in the future!Using Heart again to take care of plumbing needs! Mark Sangar did a great job replacing an outdoor faucet, changing a pressure regulator snd the main water line shutoff valve . No worries on my mind anymore!Third time was as good as the first two! Corey Hankins did a thorough evaluation of our electrical needs and brought our home up to code in the major systems, and then was willing to share how we could do some minor updating ourselves to save some money! We can rest assured our home is safe.Roberto Prestamo serviced our mini split air unit today and was very instructive as to it’s regular care. It’s always helpful for me to see someone do a task so I can follow-up correctly. As with all the Heart techs Roberto was well-versed in his trade, professional, respectful and friendly. The best part of this experience was Ron, the technician. He is knowledgeable, highly experienced and competent. He is also incredibly nice and friendly. He went the extra mile for us in repairing our AC so we could postpone what will be a more costly replacement down the road. He is terrific. We will specifically ask for him in the future.

Across multiple properties, Frank is the best HVAC technician i've worked with. He is prompt, polite, knows his craft, charges a fair price, and takes the time to educate you on what he's working on. He's helped me twice on one property in West Highland. Showed up the same day I called, and one time even turned down payment because the fix was so quick. I wish more contractors were like Frank!

Hot water heater had been experiencing intermittent failures and finally stopped producing hot water all together. Dyllan was able to easily find the issue and correct it promptly. He also suggested a few corrections to other issues he observed and was understanding when I informed him the cost was not in our budget at the time.

I cannot recommend Uli, Marshall, Jason, Johan and the whole team at Top Shelf enough.

I initially got in touch with Top Shelf because a different company had broken my water heater during a routine intake outtake pipe repair. The company claimed I needed a new heater entirely. Marshall came over and was very responsive to my questions, said that they might be right and I would need a new water heater, but that he'd look into it. After a half an hour or so he had the issue fixed: the previous company had installed a one way valve on the pipe going the wrong direction and so he just took that out and, viola, fixed.

I liked so much of how Marshall worked, I have just completed an HVAC installation with another of Top Shelf's technicians: Jason and his brother Johan. Despite having some setbacks with getting the metal ducting into our basement that weren't his fault, Jason stayed at our house until 8:30pm to make sure we had heat that night. Johan helped with all things electrical and I gather came over to help things done in a speedy matter given the install was done during a snowstorm. Both were extremely professional and easy to talk to. We're now sitting comfortably with a new HVAC and humidifier.

I plan on using Top Shelf anytime I need the services they offer - I'm already planning new electrical work with them here shortly. I encourage you to contact them - you won't be disappointed.

Landon and Jordan were awesome to work with. We had a multi-faceted job and they made sure to understand exactly what we wanted, contributed ideas, and checked in regularly on progress. They addressed any issue I raised promptly and professionally. We found a couple minor problems the day after the job and Landon responded quickly and sent Zack out that day to take care of things. He did so in about an hour. I wish all home contractors could be as professional as these guys! Great work!

Dylan was the plumber who did the work. He very professional and o listen to a followed his advice. The installation was flawless a nd the post installation instructions were excellent. I will definitely be using Blie Sky again
