I can highly recommend Matt Kohl’s, who worked on my furnace today. He was great and went as far as going to get a part from the manufacturer that was still under warranty and installed the part. He is a great asset to your company, and I will certainly request him for future maintenance needs. Great job Matt.

I needed to get some outlets installed quickly, as our cabinets were being installed earlier than anticipated. Absolute was able to send someone out the next day did an estimate.The technician, Seneca, explained everything in detail and provided a quote. Seneca was able to complete the job in time for my next project which was fantastic!

Quick and Easy

Sonny has done several projects for me over the years. A good guy, hard working, dedicated and wants to make sure the project gets done. He's installed some windows in the mud room, worked on the fence, few other small projects. He and his wife also once gave me a good deal to get the garage painted when i needed it in a pinch. Called to have my HVAC serviced as it was extremely dusty and dirty from a recent basement remodel. Andre came out to take care of the whole HVAC system. Showed before and after photos of the system and made recommendations for the future. He was very professional and answered any questions I had. He made sure I understood what I would need in the future. Great company that does great work.

I called early in the morning on December 23rd with a backed up sink. Not a great thing to have on the day before Christmas Eve. I scheduled an appointment and was told someone would be here between 4 and 6. No problem. Then, just five minutes ago, I got a call from Paul telling me that his technician won't work in a highrise building. We live in a seven story owner owned condo building in DTC. When I questioned why he was calling me at nearly 3 pm to tell me this, he didn't have an answer. Had he called me back early this morning and told me that, I could have worked on finding someone to come help just before the holidays. The fact he could care less and was going home to his own house with a working kitchen to celebrate was his good luck, while we were out of luck. I had intended to give them a try with my furnace and AC, and even take their annual plan. No I will tell everyone who ever asks me for a referral to steer clear. At the very least he could have given me a suggestion on someone to call.

AAARK has taken good care of us for years. When our furnace went out in January shortly after buying our home, they had a new one installed at a reasonable price before we froze. And when our original air conditioner stopped cooling our home in the middle of a hot summer, they again quickly got us going and cooled down. And once again, on the coldest day in January when the heat stopped working, they came to our rescue right away and educated me on the value of regular maintenance. A little cleaning and we are good to go again. I highly recommend this company. They’re fast, respectful of property and reasonably priced. Thanks for taking good care of us!

A+ service! I called frank because my ac condenser wasn’t working and he came over same day. It took him five minutes to see that it required a very easy solution and was a total gentleman. Would hire again!

Want to say thank you and to give kudos to Uli Alfaro and Ely for their great care in installing a new furnace/ water heater in my mom's house. Uli's response to the install was quick and yet took the time that everything would be perfectly in place and it met my mom's high standard of satisfaction. They were both so friendly and professional. Very knowledgeable in answering the many questions we kept asking about the install and the equipment.
I highly recommend this company for any of their services.

All I can say is that this place has HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! THE receptionist was very arrogant and prideful. They weren’t willing to listen and see how they were wrong.Please do not go to this place.
