There is no communication among their team, leading to confusion an frustration as a client, which is ridiculous for the prices I am paying. The person who came for the on sight estimate for AC installation wasn't knowledgable so his plan could not be implemented on the day of installation, leading to major inconveniences and structural instability at my home. The electrician didn't even speak to me or do the whole house inspection at installation as I was told. Then twice no one showed up for their appointments with no notice at all, after I'm waiting around all day. I've spent way too much time on hold on the phone for having spent 13k, and then the response is we'll call you. They just tell you what you want to hear to make the sale and provide sub par results. Oh they sent cookies to make up for it?

The technician was very professional and thorough on the work he did for me. I appreciated the patience and willingness to help me understand specific concerns with my biggest investment. They really cared about my concerns and made sure everything was just right with the electrical project.

We had Sonny of Vigil's Handyman Services come fix/weld a hinge on our driveway gate. These are heavy gates and the weld has to be strong. Sonny reattached the broken hinge, and strengthened several others where he saw problems. He was thorough and made sure the gates would be secure. He noticed a piece of rebar sticking out of the concrete in the alley near out driveway entrance and ground that out without hesitation - that's been bugging me for 6 years. Overall, the price was right and the service was great!

Want to say thank you and to give kudos to Uli Alfaro and Ely for their great care in installing a new furnace/ water heater in my mom's house. Uli's response to the install was quick and yet took the time that everything would be perfectly in place and it met my mom's high standard of satisfaction. They were both so friendly and professional. Very knowledgeable in answering the many questions we kept asking about the install and the equipment.
I highly recommend this company for any of their services.

They are very friendly, qualified, and professional. However, they are extremely overpriced. Literally over $200 just to replace an outlet box that costs $50. You will pay roughly double for the same job compared to hiring a local handyman. I give a large weight to value/price so until they become far more reasonable (like 25-50% premium) I cannot recommend for handyman calls.

Andrei was extremely polite and informative of all the work he was doing, very knowledgeable about where to source parts quickly and efficiently. He explained everything that he had done after and made sure I had the essential information.

The hot water heater started leaking, therefore, I contacted Blu Sky Plumbing. The Plumbing Technician James King came within an hour and shortly after, the hot water heater was replaced.
